Terrible customer service. Lots of fees. Tried to pay a bill online, and it wouldn't allow me to do that. I called customer service, 30 minutes later I was told that I have to go into the branch. I went into the branch to pay the bill and they weren't sure why the internet software wasn't working and sent me on my way. I called again into the customer service who told me the account was "dormant" and I would have to go back into the branch office and make a withdrawal for it to become active again. Makes no sense to me. They couldn't help at all except for inconvenience me with time. Do yourself a favor, go to a credit union where you actually get customer service.

Excellence staff! Always ready to help and make things convenient. Although by appointment, they are accommodating and courteous.

They didnt close my account properly and i received an overdraft fee. They refused to refund the fee and made me pay for it. Worst customer service ever! No professionalism at all. Will never bank with them again.

I had a horrible experience with Bank of America. Ever since I have looked for a smaller bank that focused on their customers and treated them like individuals. I went to Hancock bank which was a small bank with a couple locations in my area. I had a good experience with them until they closed both of their branches so I was forced to look for another bank. BB&T has been the best bank i've had yet! The people that work there know me by name, they always greet me when I walk into the door, and they are all about the satisfactory of the customer. I strongly recommend this bank!
