“Would definitely recommend! This is a rare find! I am from California so I didn't know what shop to pick. I picked them because of the number of great reviews they had. Brought my daughter's car to have a rear bumper repaired. Heather was very honest from the beginning about what was needed. Throughout she was very responsive and gave me regular updates as the repair went. They kept receiving damaged OEM parts (tabs broken off) from dealers which created lots of works for them. Sending the damaged parts back and getting new parts in. But she was not going to accept substandard parts. A lessor shop might have just used the part with missing tabs or tried to do some sort of repair to the part to get the car out of their shop and I'd be none the wiser and years later wonder why the bumper is failing again. But she, and others in the shop no doubt, showed integrity, kept me updated, created trust, made me feel my business was their top priority, and made me feel very comfortable with trusting my daughter car with them knowing it was going to be done right. Would 100% use them again! To customers shopping around, please give them a shot! I am thrilled that this level of integrity still exists! Stacey was very pleasant to work with too in allowing me to pay and surprising my daughter so when she showed up to pay, it was already taken care of. Thank you Sanford Paint and Body!”
“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I feel like I’ve found my garage. Thanks for your professional service.”

“I just met DB Collision for the first time and I’m beyond impressed. The shop is operating on another level compared to other body shops and its operations, people, and processes are what all businesses should try to emulate. They have undoubtedly set themselves apart from any competitors that I’ve ever interacted with in multiple states and anyone that truly cares about their vehicle should understand that this shop should be your first stop and I would bet would be your last stop. I’m not a rich person and I’ve been on my own since age 23, but I really think that any money spent with them will be a great investment in my vehicle. I haven’t had them do any work on my vehicle yet, but I feel obligated to inform other consumers about my positive experience meeting them and touring their facilities. I have no problem writing bad reviews for businesses that earn that negativity, but in this case I feel they deserve to be recognized for being awesome.Christian is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and it’s obvious he enjoys what he does and who he works with and who he works for. Emma was great to talk to initially, very friendly, and clearly one of the reasons that they operate so efficiently and effectively. “I'm so happy with the work they have done for me. I had no personal recommendations. I'm not from this area.So I was concerned. I had a fender, bumper, and headlight replaced. I dropped my vehicle off. They worked with my insurance co. I was out of the country and they dropped my vehicle at the dealership. When I returned everything was completed. There were 4 colors to match. You can't tell which fender was replaced. They also took care of a other small little area. I thought this would get over looked but it was all fixed when I returned.
