Both tasks were tricky and required a lot of back and forth as we faced a somewhat tight tax deadline. Jonathan has a sharp eye for important details that was valuable and he provided cost-saving advice for organizing taxes for my business for the coming tax year. I also appreciated how responsive he was throughout - always emailing back responses to question in a few hours time (often within the hour). If he was every stressed due to the complexity of the task and short turnaround deadline he never showed it.
