Both tasks were tricky and required a lot of back and forth as we faced a somewhat tight tax deadline. Jonathan has a sharp eye for important details that was valuable and he provided cost-saving advice for organizing taxes for my business for the coming tax year. I also appreciated how responsive he was throughout - always emailing back responses to question in a few hours time (often within the hour). If he was every stressed due to the complexity of the task and short turnaround deadline he never showed it. He remained open to questions, feedback, and last minute additions up until the final hour. Overall, I felt I was in very capable hands. I feel lucky to have found Jonathan and hope to use him again for tax preparation help next year!”

“I've been working with Phil at Fleishman & Associates for years. His advice has been extremely valuable for my business, and you can tell he truly cares about you as a person as well as a client. I was trained to be a CPA so I'm typically a tough customer, but Phil really knows his stuff and offers fair and practical guidance.It's pretty common for CPA firms to occasionally receive complaints about being "too slow", however I find a lot of that is because many customers don't consider the Cost/Quality/Speed trilemma. Phil is good and affordable, which means he's in high demand. If you're looking for a fast turnaround during tax season, be prepared to pay him a lot more or accept lower quality somewhere else. This is the unfortunate reality of the profession, which unfortunately many people don't understand or appreciate. You can't get all three anywhere else, why would a CPA firm be different?
