Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service experience Saturday morning. The lady (claimed to be the manager) had the store locked at 11:06am and they were supposed to open at 10am. I was on my phone and standing in front of the store while my son went into Dollar Tree. After standing there (with a boot on my leg) for about 10 minutes, I took a pic of the sign that said "BE BACK/ REGRESA" on he door. After sitting in my car a few moments, I noticed my son walk into the Boost store, so I got out and went inside as he was coming out. I asked for a specific phone , as I knew what I wanted. I didn't want any updates, only a phone and case. After purchasing the phone , the lady started to open it. I asked her not to because I was now about to be late to my son's basketball game in Winter Garden. She got annoyed and told me that she needed to open it and so forth. I became annoyed as well because I did NOT want her to waste anymore of my time than she already did by not having the store open for at least 15 minutes! She continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain I was already waiting and I wanted my phone ...that I'd already paid for. She refuses to give it to me and started to argue that the store was open and how my son walked in and back out. She didn't even allow me to SHOW her the proof that I was already there and it wasn't open. I demanded a refund, which she refused. So I took MY phone that I PAID for! It was that or I dispute the charge!! I'm not sure what her issue is or how she claims to be a manager but her attitude is trash!! Not only was I late, I didn't want to stand there any longer while she was constantly coughing and clearing her throat! She sarcastically told me "God Bless you" as I left and I just chuckled, she's lucky I was late or I would have said WAY more than I did. I sent the photo to my boyfriend as I was standing there.....note the time!I would NEVER go back there nor will I upgrade my other 3 lines there!

They scam you here force you to buy accessories otherwise they won't sell phone. The accessories are 3 times the cost of Amazon and only had 5 or so to choose from. If customer service were decent perhaps the extra $40 would be ok but dog faced lady that wouldn't stop lying to us was awful with customer service didn't deserve an extra dime.

Go to another Boost or buy on line. The woman there activates our new phone then forced us to buy $20 screen protector and a $20 case. We said we didn't want the case or protector, she said because of politics she wouldn't be able to sell us the activated phone and would leave us without a phone, if we didn't buy the accessories.

Rip off artists! Avoid this place at all costs. I have been with Metro since last 5 years and recently I was trying to port the number and the iPhone which is $49.99 plus first month service and activation total was $135, they are trying to rip off and selling it to me for $350. Upon confronting, I had to face worst customer service ever. They overcharge & don’t stand behind what they sell. Horrible horrible horrible experience will be contacting the Better Business Bureaus
