If you bank with Chase, stay away from this location. The employees are disrespectful and need some better training on how to provide helpful and courteous customer service.

I never had a issue with the branch. My issue is with chase corporate ! There crooks!!!! They let someone steal money from your account, no warning asking if you made the purchases, and when you realize it and report it. They act like like there going to investigate it and all the do is give you your money back in your account and wait a few days and take it back!! They never even bothered taking the time to look into the missing money and the purchases. And then have the guts to charge me a service fee. Please don't do business with them. Worst mistake. I will be filing another complaint foe my missing money. I guess there nothing about being loyal to your customers anymore!! Chase should be ashamed! Warning ⚠️ don't use!!!! They don't care if they loose a loyal customer!!!! Sorry they don't even deserve 1 star!!!

Staff is lazy I went in trying to open a account got told to come back because they were about to close then next day come in at 10 am they say I need to make a appointment the other bank td I went to was happy to open a account for me right away its funny to me how it was such a problem at chase

My accountant needed copies of checks from my chase account so he could do my taxes. I was hesitant to ask because I thought it was asking too much. I met with Jessica Torre and she immediately started working on my request! Within just a few minutes she had the entire bunch printed out and ready to go!Thank YouJessica!

Terrible Customer Service!We went to withdraw a large amount of money in cash to pay our workers and the lady at the Drive Thru named Ester had a terrible attitude. First we were in a bit of hurry and since arriving she passed the slip via the drawer with an attitude and told my husband to fill it out. She didn’t even greeted us or said how can we help you? Anyways, she then proceeded to ask us the questions that she is required by law when you are withdrawing more than 10K to which my husband answered. But then she continue to ask the same questions after which my husband got upset (I don’t know if she believed him at first or not or what was she trying to get at) but after my husband answers the same question twice by the third time he was upset because we were in a hurry. He had to explain that I’m a doctor and he has a construction business and we needed to pay our employees. She started arguing with my husband about what she is required to do (which is ok to explain, and we are aware because it’s not the first time we make large withdrawals) but what really bothered us was the attitude she had. She was arguing with my husband for a while. It made us feel like we were criminals or something, when we were only withdrawing our own money to carry our business. We are definitely going to move our money to a different bank and take our business elsewhere else! If this is how they’re going to treat us, then we will do business with other banks where they have better trained people!!

Despite this location being the closest, I avoid this one when I can. The one ATM next to the drive through is constantly broken in some way and not fully functional. The 2nd atm was installed a month ago but has never worked. They redesigned the interior and now there is this massive blue wall that makes the space significantly smaller and more closed off. Tellers are constantly changing out so I haven't gotten to know anyone.

After one hour wasting my time and asking for many documents, they said they cannot open up a bank account since I am on a F1 student visa. The clerk was nice though! - F1 Students be aware that you cannot open up a bank account here!

The worst customer service in this location I’m really disappointed they tell you in your face go to another location with a smile in her face her name is Janell and her staff in July 15 2021.My opinion is close this branch because your staff need good manners and offer a good customer service

Believe it or not but this Chase bank location in Casselberry really impressed me! A huge huge thank you to Ms. De Walter, Branch Mgr, for her outstanding customer service! Waaaay better than the Chase off University and Goldenrod by far! I will be sending a personal kudos to your supervisor because you really are a Super Star! THANK YOU!!!

These big chain banks don't care about people. Without an explanation they just charge you a penalty fee even if you resubmitted a check and it goes through anyway. Money hungry vultures who treat customers like another number. I've had this bank for 15 years and they denied me a financed car while SunTrust approved it.
