Just a damn Mess !!! I came in durint the Lunch Rush, But They seriously Need to Learn how to slow it down when your customers are ordering!! For the price we pay!! We expect good Quality good, Not a bunch of good thrown on top of a taco!!! Didnt even make it inside the tacos !!! RIDICULOUS!! SO ANNOYED WHEN I LEFT THAT I DIDNT EVEN WANT MY FOOD ANYMORE ... NEVER GOING BACK, ID RATHER DRIVED 5 MILES DOWN AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CARE ON WHAT THEY SERVE!!!

Please don't slide my food down. The first girl was putting my food together so fast, and then slide the bowl down to thefemale cashier who also rushed me. I was the only one in line. What's the hurry? I understand the implications of the food industry but don't make this feel like a quick transaction. At least look me in the eye.And 50 cents for a tortilla. That's madness

I ordered for pick up today 2/13 by 2:40pm. I am at work and had my boyfriend go pick it up for me. To find out that my order was not there. The reps told him to call the 1800 number to get this taken care of instead of simply just remaking my order or just canceling it. So you mean to tell me, someone walked up in there and just grabbed my order in broad daylight, straight from Chipotles establishment?? Who monitors this? This is terrible customer service. I just wanted my food. I am waiting an hour PLUS for my boyfriend to have to “MAYBE” get us a credit back to my Chipotle account, which this “CREDIT” hasn’t even appeared yet in my Chipotle account as the lady on duty told us. I would want to be contacted by the General Manager regarding this awful experience. The staff on duty did not take care of us, we are easy customers and this was not in our control, it was of this location in Casselberry. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP HERE, they probably didn’t even make the order.
