Lazy workers, the only hard working employee is Dustin, you hardly ever see the store manager there and nothing gets cleaned, therefore people should never go to this store!!!!!!!

Deceptive pricing with regard to items inside.
Staff is great but did the math on some of the proces shown to then what is at the counter. Illegal.

Clerk was too busy watching videos on her phone than wait on me, when i asked if she was going to wait on me, she told me I was rude, and go to the other Circle K. About 8pm Friday 7-12-24. Employee knows nothing about customer service.

Idk whats going on here but the cashier kept declining my sale at pump. I checked my bank and had enough money. Very sketchy plus I was only car at gas station. I just left!

Manager is an absolute monster of a human, my friend lost his wallet outside and he cursed him out saying he was “trespassing” for looking for it. The lady that works there is very nice though, hope she finds a better job that doesn’t include that literal garbage of a human. It was probably him that stole it in the first place - don’t come here.

Being a 74-year-old disabled female I cannot walk.I used to be able to pull up to the door and they would step right outside the door which is 3 feet out. They would take the money and hand me my cigarettes.Now Jonathan and bree tell me they are not allowed to step out to help me even though I am disabled. And they will not be doing this anymore. If I go to the gas pump there is a phone number to call to have gas pump assistance.and they do not answer the phone .I have called and reported this to the corporate office in Tampa but they have not gotten back to me.I spend approximately $500 per month at this location and I pass up a Wawa in 7-Eleven to bring them my business.

This circle k is a rip off. They think their slick. They advertise 7.92 when you buy 2 packs. Then newport had save a dollar on their packs, which made it 6.92 per pack. That wasnt the case here. Very misleading advertisment. It doesnt surprise me bc who the owner of the store is...

Listen, i just went there for cigarillos. Three packs of games should be $3.50 at most. I got the counter and it rang up to $5.40. y'all are wild to think people are really going to buy tobacco from y'all with inflated prices for no reason. You know for a fact we gutting them for weed, we pay enough for our med card. Stop taxing us and putting "SAVE ON 2" on the package when realistically it a 50% price increase.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gary and Scott. They are the nicest and most professional gentlemen I've run into at a gas station. The outside areas are always clean with the cleanest bathroom in Orlando! You can definitely see the pride they take in their job. The car wash is also one of the best.Just stopoff at: Circle K - Shell 5555 Redbug Lake Road, Casselberry 32708 for excellent service!
