This location the pharmacist with black hair and glasses always asks me to stay up-to-date with my vaccines and the importance, always fast service , clean environment, very informative with medication questions and recommendations for alternatives!! Will continue to stay with this pharmacy as long as he is the pharmacist! He knows what he is doing!

Inside Target so finding them was a real trick. Inside the Target employees, were very helpful; the CVS, not so much. I'll do my best to avoid that location going forward

This CVS is a joke. I have no issues with my doctor sending prescriptions to walgreens. When they send it to CVS, it’s never there, and I have the same employee trying to explain the laws surrounding my medication, the class, and other pointless information that I’m well aware of for a medication I’ve been taking for ten years (and have never had it “dumbed down” to me anywhere else like I was just born yesterday), and turning the screen to show me my last refill was in february, which I don’t disagree with, but last time this happened I had my doctor just send it to walgreens. This time, same thing happened again, where I mentioned I saw that my doctor sent it, but I didn’t see it in the app. The man turned to monitor, pointed to the screen, and said “your medication is a class 3 drug, so because of this we need a prescription from your doctor, your last refill was in february” the same ramble I got last time, and I just let him know I am well aware of all of that, that means that something happened that they didn’t receive it, and I’ll just call my doctor to have it sent to walgreens. At least I don’t have any issues there and actually get real, human customer service. Wish I never went here in the first place.

Easy to get medications, but they have trouble understanding dual insurance. One pharmacist couldn't help my partner with his other insurance, he looked and acted as if he hadn't even heard of using two insurances before.

Absolutely the rudest staff!!! I’m so sick of dealing with this store. This location has seen better days. The tech did not want to help or answer questions about a prescription and then snarked that it was OTC anyway. I asked for help finding it ‘well, it’s not OUR inventory’ this was after he lied on the phone saying they had none of it in stock.
I’ve had good experiences here, so this is just disappointing and upsetting.
