Edgar is an excellent pharmacist. I have been visiting CVS for some time in 1792 and I can say that he always helps me with the status of my medications and I have been able to see him in situations under pressure and he is super professional, very happy with the service.

I really don't think they should improve anything. My experience with the pharmacy is great. The employees are very friendly, in particular Edgar who is always ready to help customers.

While I was able I went in person to get my prescriptions and service was good...I am disabled now and applied online to their app to have prescriptions mailed but it doesn't work and their phone doesn't either ...was on hold 1 hour (twice)and it wasn't at lunch time...also the app shows refill requested 10/28/23 but in fact it was placed 10/23/23 and still no sign of my drugs.

I don't know how CVS pharmacy in Target got four stars. They never answer their phones, and Lewis (sp?) spends too much time socializing with his friends over the counter then filling prescriptions. Unfortunately I am there a lot these days and listen to people in line complain about the service and Lewis (sp?) The other pharmacists that show up to relieve Lewis on occasion also complain about him and how unorganized it is. How does CVS Corporate not realize what is going on? Carol

What an awful experience. I needed to get a prescription filled for my child and they kept hanging up. I was repeatedly put back to the music on hold.

I think maybe there is a training and attitude problem since CVS took over. They are rude or ignore customers. They don’t answer phones. Need some retraining and possibly a new oharmasist

This pharmacy once WAS amazing, quick, and helpful but sadly this whole year so far it’s gone downhill every time. There’s new staff that are not very pleasant to deal with, and I always end up waiting an hour or more for prescriptions even when they show that they’re ready for pick up in the app. There’s a new person here too that is particularly quite short and rude with me every time even though I try to be overtly nice and patient despite their attitude towards me and making me feel like I’m an total utter inconvenience to him.Also, there is always an issue now with my insurance for some unknown reason or so they say, despite after personally talking on the phone with my insurance company and them telling me everything is fine and should be good to go. Also, they never pick up the phone now either which is really a huge inconvenience. Or if they do pick up the phone which is once in a blue moon, they put you on hold for so long that the call is disconnected and hangs up. Please go back to the way you functioned a year ago cvs:(

I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes and no one has spoken to me or even acknowledged me. Checked in online for my vaccine appointment and just being completely ignored.Update: once someone asked me why I was here they were quick to get me back and the girl who administered my shot was nice. But basic customer service (greet the customer and ask how you can help) is severely lacking.
