I go into this abysmal excuse for accountability DMV Agency location, am given the wrong ticket, told to go back and wait for my number to be called again, another 32 minutes because of their error. Asked for the manager who told me I must not have given them what I needed. Yeah right, I told the receptionist wrong like I don't know what I am there for. The manager was useless, the receptionist was useless. This site should be shut down. How hard is it for you to get the right thing. Then I get to the window the second time and they tell me the paperwork is not all there. I brought the exact paperwork they gave me back to them Filled out at all the HIGHLIGHTED areas they underlined. Ridiculous. Lousy location. It's now 10:07 am when I got here at 8:39am and it now entails a third trip back. Stay tuned..........

Very nice office. Very organized. In and out in a good amount of time. Friendly staff. They celebrate when teens get their first DL. Nice touch.

workers are nice but the manager Julia Carves or whatever her last name is, terribly rude. I had a ticket got called to the station to tell me that they cant take me so I wanted to speak to Julia and she had no empathy whatso ever with a terrible attitude. I waited more than an hour to not be able to do anything and all I needed was to get my picture taken and get my license printed. The manager isn’t considerate in any means when it comes to wasting your time

I booked my appointment weeks in advanced. Everything was all upon entry. The lady who greeted me had high energy and was extremely helpful. The man in box 13 was cheery and helped put my mind at ease. Meanwhile providing as much information as possible. Eventually it was my turn to take my road test. The Hispanic lady whos name I do not remember at the moment was a bit rude. Her instructions were very vauge and not clear. After crossing the pavilion she had me do a 3 point turn. So soon into the test. It made no sense as in real life scenario you wouldnt make a 3 point turn near an intersection. Another thing is she told me not to cross the street but wasnt clear as to what even was the street. In the parking lot. After making my 3 point turn I was told to go left and no other details. Making it unclear what to do after turning left. Eventually I asked what to do next and she told me to park and exit the vehicle. After coming inside she told my parent that I failed. Saying I crossed the street. My parent asked for clarity as to what exactly was the street. The instructor repeated the same thing and didnt not leave no explanation. To clarify.

I've been using this location for 3 years for a variety of services and it has been efficient and organized every time. Clean, plenty of seating, clear notice of when your number has been called. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have never felt talked down to.

If you going for the road test, make sure you don’t get MICHAEL. He will fail you claiming you rolled the stop sign even though you didn’t and have multiple witnesses the guy states he’s not gonna do nothing to sabotage you and then fails you in all honesty. It felt like a race issue He was obnoxious from the first moment of meeting.
