I thought this was a friendly competent place but unfortunately they failed the wire transfer I needed to close on a home. This turned an excited moment into an unpleasant one since I couldn’t receive the keys. I tried the wire again at their office- and once again the wire bounced back due to “banker error.” They reversed the fees because obviously they couldn’t complete a simple wire transfer after the second attempt. The receiving bank charged my wire a fee due to returning the money. The fifth third employee had me call the receiving bank for them to only say that it is fifth third discretion to return my missing money to me and to ask to speak to the manager. I called fifth third bank and now they aren’t answering my calls. And I work during their office hours and have two kids under two and would prefer not to waste my time in the office for the third time again.I am still waiting for them to return my funds to me and will be leaving this bank as soon as they give me my money. I should’ve never trusted them to do something so important for me. I was able to do a simple wire through an app from another bank and it was received in less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely amazing tellers, friendly bankers, the most helpful manager. I definitely would recommend this bank to all my friends and family. I was immediately recognized the moment I walked into the bank. All employees made me feel so welcome and at home here. I will definitely be returning here in the future. Overall I absolutely love my banking experience with fifth third.

I use this bank for a lockbox and I recently had an issue with my box not opening because of some kind of technical issue. I needed to retrieve some time sensitive documents and they set up an appointment immediately to come back where a locksmith was there early and solved the issue. I definitely appreciate their customer service and support as these issues can happen and I will continue doing business with this bank and location because of it.

If I could give this a negative 5 star review I would.After almost one complete year of my account being closed. They then send me an email stating my account information is being changed. I haven’t logged in so that isn’t really possible upon calling I got greated by TWO of the WORST customer service reps I have had the displeasure of communicating with. They couldn’t even let me finish a sentence to gain full understanding of the issue at hand.Did not get the issue resolved highly disappointed and disgusted by this.

I don't know how this branch is getting such low reviews because my experience has been positive and effective. Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful, and when I'm inside it has a good feel, a comfortable feel.

Branch manager treats customers as criminals not customers. I have never felt so mistreated by a bank employee in my life. I will no longer do business with 5/3 because of the experience I had this afternoon in the Casselberry branch.

This bank is completely awful. I came here for a simple task and I was treated so poorly. I was accused of being someone I wasn't when I have all my identification on me. Even if there was an issue, it's how I was treated and degraded as a person. No one deserves that. Willie, the manager is terrible at showing customer service and management skills.

Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

Extremely racist against white people the teller bumped me to the back of the line 3 times and kept screwing with me and pushing my buttons because she said she couldn't verify who I was even tho I had all my information and a picture of my drivers licensee. My banker from Cleveland had to call up to clear things up and she still screwed me around for another 20 min and than wouldn't even give me the bills I wanted. As I was walking out she yelled gringo. Worst bank experience ever

Short version: Christine and Ben wasted two days of my time knowing they couldn't help me and that I wanted to close my account. I went into this branch to close my account after a horrid customer service experience on the phone. This situation was so bad that yhere is now an open internal invrstigation about it. I was told by Christine that the manager would be able to help me and she would speak to him and call me. This was at 11am, she left a message at 5:30 asking me to call her. I called immediately with no answer. I called 4 times the next day only to be blown off, when I insisted they put her on the phone she told me she never said she'd speak to the manager. She said I needed to do that, yet I was never told his name, given his number or anything. Doesn't add up. The manager, Ben finally called me and said he wouldn't help and actually questioned why I was seeking help in the first place. ?!?!?!?! No one knows what they are doing and they will lie if they have to just so they don't have to do their jobs.
