John and his team took my tire in on an extremely busy day and went above and beyond to make sure I was squeezed in so I can get my car back on all 4s. They did this while being short staffed! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

The guys at the casselberry location are absolute professionals, they always tell me the truth and often times suggest waiting for some stuff. For example the tread is getting low on one of my tires but said it can wait. They make you aware of things, I appreciate it

The service and quality of work is outstanding!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The mechanic, Simon, who fixed the problems with my car was so polite, informative, and quick. I get nervous going to mechanics because I have been scammed in the past but the staff at Firestone and Simon especially, provided the best experience I have ever received at an auto care shop and I will be bringing all of my vehicles and my family's vehicles here.

I went in this morning to get an oil change, all 4 tires changed and a maintenance check. I was looking at spending well over $600. I walked in and John at the front desk was incredibly kind and took very good care of me. I ended up walking out of there spending A LOT less than planned so thank YOU! I had a 10/10 experience with John and sorting out what was needed for my car. Will most definitely be back. Thank you Firestone !

Had to go pick up my mom to go to my son’s graduation. Suddenly got a tire pressure warning and saw the pressure was dropping quickly. Thank God I was right near this Firestone. I called and was pleasantly greeted by Jeff. I asked if they could take care of me. He was up front and let me know it may be a bit of time as there were other customers ahead. I appreciated the honesty.
When I came in Jeff greeted me upon entering. I explained the situation, that graduation was taking place at Northland just a couple minutes away and if there was anything he could do I would be so grateful. Just in case I called my wife driving a separate vehicle to come pick us up as it’s my rush and not theirs.
To our delight they were able to get us in and out before my ride got here! Can’t promise that for everyone in every case but to us it meant the world. Thank you Jeff and the Firestone Team!

I got a hole in my tire on Friday around 6 pm. I was about 5 minutes from here (Lowe's parking lot)and had my daughter call to see if they had a tire. I don't have a spare , so i was planning on going straight to the shop. We were told they "had a lot going on" by one of the staff.
I had to call back Saturday morning because this was the closest place that I could walk to with my tire and still get to work on time. The tire completely tore apart because I ended up driving it home. I spoke with Keith. He was very up front, letting me know what the waiting period would be. After finding out my situation, he was extremely apologetic on behalf of his coworker and company. He assured me that he'd have me in and out in very little time. I appreciate the fact that we were greeted upon entering, and the service was quick.
