If I could give this place zero stars I would. An amiibo was ordered at 9:30 AM when they still had four in stock, I sent my brother to go get pick up his amigo around lunchtime. And the guy said we just sold the last one just cause you order it doesn’t mean that you Have it here at the store and that we can hold it even though it’s been paid for. He proceeded to give my mom and my brother, a list of stores that they can search for an item that I paid for at 9:30 in the morning. And proceeded to not cancel the online order until they left the store at 12:31 noon.

They were very accommodating, informative, and friendly! Issachar was my cashier, he was extremely helpful. There was also a man with a blonde pony tail, he was very funny and kept me and my wife entertained while they worked out my payment. Would recommend this store!

I've been looking for a stylus that actually fits my 3DS for a minute. Gaige (the sales rep) helped me find one that not only fit, but it's the stylus meant for my model. It was a very inexpensive purchase, but Gaige went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. Thanks, G!

This is a GameStop my family uses mostly never had an issue the staff is knowledgeable and they get the line going quick when it's a busy release and they call the remind you like they should and email

The staff is very kind which makes the store customer friendly to the max. They are very helpful and never stressed or worried. Each person is given personal attention and time. They will answer every question honestly and are very knowledgeable.

The hours are wrong. The website says they open at 5am on Friday. I got to the Casselberry store at 9:30 and they are still closed.Dont believe the website hours and dont bother calling since they won't answer.
