The workers they sent were horribly rude for no reason. Our appliance was also installed incorrectly to top it all off. The store service was great, but they need to figure out the employee situation. Absolutely do not recommend.

This company does not care about their customers or contracts. New Ac messed up my floors they came in and tore the. All out that was 3 weeks ago and I'm still living on concrete and my home is destroyed. Home Depot, ARS and the insurance companies won't put my beautiful home back together. Thank you for ruining our Thanksgiving and it's looking like you will ruin our Christmas too.

I honestly reckon this is the best Home Depot in the area! There's so much variety in the goods and also tons of associates and we could find help wherever it was needed, unlike the Altamonte store, where I have wandered around in vain, trying to find a store associate to help me out! Everything is also very logically placed and it was super easy to find stuff. A shout-out to two store associates who were especially helpful- Erika found us a hills hoist & Jim M totally knows his bathrooms!! Jim gave us excellent advice on loos and was just really great to interact with. Am very glad stopped and shopped here! Yelp 165/ 2018

I shop here frequently. I always bring one of my dogs with me, the staff always remembers them and gives them love. I always enjoy shopping there, highly recommended!

just left this store and customer service is non existent. three associates at the returns department were standing around and assisting one person with a slew of people waiting behind them. common sense would indicate opening another line instead of standing like a wall flower. 20 min into waiting to return a dead plant we were given a nasty attitude and interrupted multiple times when we tried to explain to the store associate the issue. needless to say no return was made because she never had the intent of helping us and it was clear she didn't care about the store or its customers. Shame because we won't be back to this location anymore and will instead take our business to a more friendly place. Maybe home depot should consider hiring people who are actually customer service oriented.

Military discount is 10% Right now the mulch is on sale for $2.50... its originally $3.66. Garden center has many beautiful flowers and plants. I love coming here with my dad to buy the many tools that he owns.

I went to Home Depot looking for something to kill the ants in my yard but needed a little help... Alberto was amazing! He is so smart and knows a lot of information about pest control and gardening. He helped me buy exactly what I needed and also told me so much information that I wrote down to keep the ant piles away on the future. I appreciate all his willingness to help me! Thank you Alberto! My husband and I placed an order for luxury vinyl plank flooring at our local Home Depot store in Casselberry, FL back on October 22nd. We were promised a pick up date of Friday November 3rd, however our material never arrived. My Martha Stewart double vanity 60 inch arrived broken today. I after a 15 minute hold I was transferred to the wrong department. I was told I would have to purchase a second vanity and they would have to pick up the first vanity before I would receive my refund. They don't do a replacement. That means they would have $3000 of my money prior to receiving a working product. This is unacceptable. I will be telling all of my friends and family never to shop at Home Depot.
