The young man that prepared our taxes today was unprepared and wasn't sure of himself preparing our tax return. We honestly think he did our taxes with several errors. Will not be back to this location.

Unfortunately I got stuck with Rosa, the only person who looked inadequate and not confident while prepping my return and had to constantly ask her coworkers for help. Her accent was very strong and understanding her was very difficult, Her vision was not very good and input wrong amounts which made me feel very uneasy. I decided to not follow thru, as I didn't trust her.

I visited this branch in 2022 and 2023 with complete satisfaction, returned this year (last week) and am very pleased with the service and attention from the entire staff, in particular with Ms. Rosa Gillis. I will return in 2025 for assistance with next year's returns.
