This company has to be the most amazing company I have ever done business with when dealing with electronics. They gave me the good and the bad. The best part is the bad never happened because they were that good to prevent it. I am a fairly new DJ and my DDJ- REV7 needed repairs. There were sufficient with timing and diligent. I recommend I.T Products, INC. #1 in my book.

Fantastic company. The owner, Joe, is a great guy and knows his way around a wide format printer better than the people who build them. As an IT guy myself, I can tell the man knows what he's doing and what he's talking about. Usually, when I see a technician fixing a piece of equipment, I go "Yeah, I could probably do that." When I see Joe do his thing, I just step back and admire the master. If you have a wide format printer that's not working, there is only one man to call. No one else comes even close.

We've relied on IT Products to service our wide format equpiment for over a decade. Always pleasant, always prompt, always on time, and always get the job done. Joe (the owner) is a trusted vendor and a friend. We have had actual HP technicians work on our printer, and they couldn't hold a candle to Joe. Weouldn't trust our printers to anyone else.

Company caused more damage to product than repaired, after asking what why and how damages occurred the manager acted like the product was brought in like this. And got outraged and started cursing me, extremely un professional and not dog friendly.

They are the BEST in town. I wouldn’t trust my equipment with a single other company in town. They’ve saved me from costly misdiagnosis from others, and done quick and quality repairs. They always get a 5/5 from me.

Best service ever. Called him after another tech walked off the job saying he couldn't fix the problem. Joe with IT Products helped us diagnosis the problem before he even came to our shop so he could order correct parts. He had the parts dropped shipped to our store. Had us up and running the next day. Can't say enough good things. He is a true business man and professional.

I came in for a printer problem and they gave me excellent customer service. The printer was end of life date-wise and the print head was no longer manufactured. They tried the manufacturer and then someone else they knew who was an expert in cross-fitting different heads to see if there was a solution that could be found. Ultimately, my printer was dead as a door nail and they did everything they could have done to help me out. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to take me for diagnostic costs or repair that wouldn't have helped anyway.. I would highly recommend them!

Wow a company with outstanding customer service, imagine that. They do business the way it used to be when companies valued their customer base. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and beyond courteous. I will be back and recommend as a go to business for friends.

STILL BROKEN = PAID -$400. NOT GOOD!!! :( I'm really unhappy with the service we received!!!! I brought in an Epson 4900 printer with an error code. A part was replaced. Service tech called stating it worked but needed new print heads. I knew my print heads were good so I asked him to flush them. Once flushed = full recovery. Had I taken the service techs advise I would've paid hundreds for print heads I didn't need. Not Good!!!! To make matters MUCH worse... upon plugging in the printer it made a clicking sound (still broken). I immediately called to inquire. The service tech said "there are broken gears so paper won't feed from the bottom tray. what kind of paper are you using"? OH MY!!!! When the service tech said I needed new print heads... knowing they were good I told him I didn't want to put loads of cash into this machine. I said this because just as I thought.... the heads were good. Had I taken the service techs advise I would've paid for new print heads. So he doesn't even tell me about the broken gears??? It's not written on the service repair sheet as needing to be done. it's a line item WITH completed work. I was not notified upon paying for repair that it was still broken. When I pulled out the bottom tray to inspect my cats hair was still in the bottom so I suspect the bottom tray was never even removed. The tech said I could bring it back and pay an additional $175 to fix the broken gears. We've dealt with I.T. in the past but this recent experience was just horrible!!!!! I feel a bit misled. I was certainly not made aware it was still broken. I can't help but feel like the service tech was dismissive and failed to complete the job. Not trying to flush or soak the print heads before saying we needed expensive replacements was unprofessional and downright suspicious in my opinion. I'm looking for an alternative to repair our gear. Sad cause they did a good job years ago. :(
