Ms Lorraine has done my taxes for 6 yrs now. She is so patient that she sat wit my son for 2hrs 45 min to walk my son step by step how this works. Always with a smile and patient. I will continue to come to this place as long as she is doing my taxes. After her I'll do the o tax myself.

My experience with Jackson hewit has been extremely positive. They made a 2 and half year nightmare go away in 90 minutes. Michelle was very patient and help me finally get irs issue resolved. Look for a well known tax preparer, they'll help you and save you more money and not charge you as much. That goes for all these popular places as well, H&R Block etc etc
