This year Linda did my taxes and she was super professional and efficient. I went on a Saturday and it was really really busy so I had to wait past my appointment time. The poor lady was doing her best but hopefully next year they schedule more workers on the weekends. Especially at this location. Despite the wait, she did a great job and gave great customer service.

I was treated very well by the tax preparer and they did my return immediately, even though it was close to closing time when I arrived. I was going to setup an appointment for the following week, but the preparer said he wanted to do my return immediately since I had all of my documentation with me for the return and I was very impressed by that fact.
