Taylor at the Casselberry FL LensCrafters was careless and unhelpful. She said my prescription was expired which certainly was not, she entered the wrong prescription on the computer and never applied my insurance discount.15 days after I got my glasses and could not see well so I went back and they said that she had entered the wrong prescription. Not good customer service!!!

David at LensCrafters was awesome! I hadn’t gotten new glasses since 2018, and he made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about helping people. The entire staff was also so friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Big shout out to the folks at LensCrafters in Casselberry. While on vacation in Florida I accidentally stepped on my glasses. I thought they were broken beyond repair. The good people at LensCrafters fixed my broken glasses in under 24 hours with no charge. I can’t thank them enough.

I recently stopped in at the Casselberry Lenscrafters to see if they could replace a lost nose pad on my Rayban frames. They promptly replaced both of the nose pads with an upgraded version. Better than new!
And there was no charge for the repair.

The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and work with you on picking the best frames and lenses that suit you best. Also they do have great deals and the prices are good compared to some other stores.
