My son was treated great by his teachers in his 1 year old class, but other then that the front desk staff HORRIBLE! RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! They ruin the whole daycare! teachers need to go to a better school to be appreciated.

They do a lot of neat art projects and do learning time but If you have a child that maybe "difficult" or have a lot of energy, don't take them here. The teachers can't handle it, and they title them as "bad" or disruptive. The teachers say they redirect bad behavior but I've personally never seen redirection, I've only heard them yelling at them to stop doing whatever they are doing. Also they can't pronounce my child's name correctly so they have said to my child "whatever your name is" when acknowledging my child. I understand teachers have a lot of stress but if you can't handle children or are burnt out, leave the field or go to a smaller daycare with less children.

The teachers of the infant class are so nice. My baby likes Ms Caroline, Ms Deja, and Ms Deafa a lot. I was worried that she can't adapt because she had been staying at home for so long, but she is happy at the daycare. The front desk is really helpful, every time I reached out then for help, they provide me kind assistance. We received a warm welcome when visiting the place the first time from the manager. I like the portfolio pictures and memos from the Teachers on the app. I can feel their careand love for her, so I believe that they have tried their best to take care of my baby. Overall all the dedication of the Teachers and the team deserve a 5 stars.Thank you for taking care of my baby, Teachers.

Welcoming! Warm! Full of fun!The staff is amazing! I was first introduced to Ms.Trudy, she was the director of this location. She's very sweet and informative. Whenever in need of some assistance, my go-to lady is Ms. Nancy! She's a delight and always happy to help. She's always hands on with everything that goes on within the school. Every day we're pleasantly greeted and kept up to date with all activities happening within the school. The school meals are well balanced and I appreciate the daily reports of the children's activities and achievements. I truly enjoy this school!

CRAP daycare. The teacher my daughter had for 6 months was lying to our Face every day. INCLUDING the director knew about it and coincidently "stepped down" RIGHT before I was finally told the truth by the new director. And they did not plan on telling me, I was only told because I started to dig and ask questions. So pretty much I paid them for months 221 A WEEK for my 5 year old and they let her brain rot. Do not bring your children to this location. The teacher and the old director are still allowed to work with the kids and the new director highly disrespectful definitely treated ne different. My daughters whole entire mood would change as soon as we dropped her off there she would legitimately get sad as soon as we pulled up.

I really wanted to love this place. The staff seems kind and knowledgeable. However, after being there for four days, my son contracted hand, foot and mouth. He hasn't been exposed to much prior to daycare so I am sure this is where he got exposed but was told no one else had it. He went back after he recovered and again got sick after only two days. This time with a severe virus that including him having to be rushed to the hospital, multiple IVs, medications etc and severe dehydration from vomiting. The doctors there ran several tests and indicated the only way for him to contract this virus was though ingesting feces from another sick person. No one in the household is sick. When we contacted the daycare they said again no one else was sick then switched to "oh something has been going around" and even said they thought he gave it to the other kids...interesting since he was only there a total of two days when he came down with this. They then said oh this is just the flu. This is not the flu, it is ten times worse now my entire household has it and I too have been to the hospital. I'm really concerned about the cleaning procedures there so we have taken him out. We also were told they couldn't withdraw him officially for a week and when I explained the situation again they magically were able to immediately withdraw him. There were also days where they were short staffed so they kept some of the infants in the lobby in their car seats (not sure how long) until they could find staff for the room.
