One main financial is an excellent business. I was in a desperate state needing some financial support. I received notification from this company and decided to try to see if I could secure the funds that I needed. I tried the online application process and became frustrated because of my low skills with technology. Within an hour, I got a call from a representative from One main FINANCIAL. The representative offered to guide me through the online application process and gave me the option of coming into the office to complete the application. I went into the office and I am glad I did because I was able to thank her in person, after securing the loan. My Impression of this company is that they really care about you as an individual and make an effort to improve the quality of your life through their financial services.

We met with Amanda in your Casselberry, FL. This was a wonderful experience and Amanda was very helpful and kind. As an older citizen, it is sometimes difficult to follow when younger people are talking (explaining) things. Amanda was exceptional in every way.

Misleading information on their website led me to apply for a debt reduction loan to pay off 4 of my credit cards and get them into one payment. After getting pre approved, they ask you to proceed with the application. Once you do a hard pull on your credit is done, which is fine and what I expected for a loan. After submitting I received a call to verify all my information. Once verified, the lady on the phone said my 9000 approval was reduced to 2000 and that's all they can do. They do not include any bonus you get from work if you get one as income. So my 10k anual bonus was not added to my income. The website application ask for salary, bonuses, alimony, child support etc. as your income to help you "better" be approved... So at the end of the day and wasted time with a hard pull on my credit now, I denied the 2000 loan from what was supposed to be a 9000 on pre approval. 2000 isn't worth my time and does not consolidate my 4 cards I was looking to get into one payment. If anything it would add another payment to what I'm already trying to reduce. For this I give them a 1 Star and want to share with others to be aware the information in the begging is false and they will drastically reduce the loan you need to a loan they want you to have, which may in turn not be what you need to consolidate you debts into one payment.Welp lesson learned and I hope this helps others in the future! Beware!!! Lol
