Sara has the worst customer service skills and doesn’t deserve to be in the position she is in. I went in to buy my son a bearded dragon for his birthday and she refused to sell me one because I wouldn’t buy the largest cage they sell. Why would you have a smaller cage that is meant for a bearded dragon but not sell it? From the moment I walked in the store she seemed annoyed. Didn’t greet me as I walked in as she was too busy playing on her phone. Then had an attitude that I asked to buy a bearded dragon, apparently I ruined her phone time. My son was upset with how she treated us on his birthday. I’m so glad that Pet Bizarre was down the street because they treated us with such respect and they are very knowledgeable about their animals. I ended up spending $375 on a bearded dragon, cage and extra supplies from them. Please do your research before going to that store. Drive 5 more minutes to Pet bazaar for a wonderful experience.

Wife variety of cat food for my kitties. As well as many toys for my dog. Usually find sales and or toys on clearance.

Sara the manager is the reason for my 1 star review. I wish I could give her customer service skills a 0 and her attitude a 10. Here's the reason. I bought a bag of Blue Wilderness large breed salmon 28lb bag and they're not cheap, but the food is definitely worth it. I called Pet supermarket in Casselberry about finding worms in the food I had purchased a few days ago. She 21 questioned me on the phone and then proceeded to say she needed the bag it came in. Well, that has been thrown away as we put our dog food into containers that are well cleaned and sanitized before adding a new bag. She said she needed the barcode and I mentioned all the barcodes for the same exact food and weight are the same. I didn't want a refund I just wanted to exchange for the exact same item hoping for no worms and go from there. Been buying the same food for about a year now and have never had a problem. It was an online order picked up in store so I have all the details for the return. Only a few cups have been taken out of it so its still close to the 28lbs and I'm concerned about my 3 dogs health at this point too from possibly eating the worms. She gasps and said "I guess I can try to exchange it for you". I could tell I have irritated her at this point. I said thank you. When I got there there, Sarah says to me "find whatever bag you called for" and walks away. After being helped by someone else, I go back to the counter where Sarah is but she has no interest in hearing about the worms in my dog food. I had them in a zip lock (separate from the rest of the food I brought back) to show her how bad it is and she just takes it and throws it away in front of me and says nothing and stares at me. I asked her if she wanted to keep it to show someone or to reach out to the manufacturer and she she said it doesn’t matter and told me "you can go now". After she said that, I said "there is no reason to be rude as I have been very nice about the whole thing" given my dogs could potentially get parasites from this situation. She then proceeded to tell me that if "If you we're rude, I wouldn’t have done the exchange for you, you came in here asking for an exchange and you got it now you can go". SHE IS THE NEW STORE MANAGER, NEWLY PROMOTED, AND ACTS LIKE THIS OVER A SIMPLE EXCHANGE. Showed no concern once so ever and had the most attitude I think I have ever dealt with working in the customer service industry.I would love to be contacted about this situation as I love pet supermarket and have been luckily enough to never meet Sarah before.

A lot of options in food for pets. Good on food and treats. However accessories like carriers, bags, etc. are super expensive.

So sad that I waited so long to visit! I only saw front of store as I was there for chews for my dogs. Incredible selection. Helpful staff!

The store is beautifully lit, clean and organized. Nick is the person in charge of the fish section. He is polite, patient and has an insane amount of knowledge about everything fish and aquarium. I live in Kissimmee and may be making this store my go to. Will definitely be returning!!

This was an excellent experience. Alyssa was the associate that assisted me and she selected a brush for my cat that actually worked for the first time and I was really happy about that. Additionally, she led me to the proper food for the cat that had never been recalled before and was the healthiest (I actually fact checked her information when I got home and she was 100% correct). Well, the good news is the cat loves the food and the shedding furminator device works as advertised by her and the box.

This store has an amazing, friendly staff that is always ready to help if you are looking for something specific. Prices are similar to PetSmart (some things a bit higher priced) but they have all the specialty foods. Mainly dog and cat items but i know they also have supplies for birds and small animals (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc). Was thinking of giving 4 ⭐ because pricing is high, but the store and employees are great

Pet Supermarket is great. The staff is very helpful. I bought 2 rabbits there in November. I stopped by to get worms for my Sugar Gliders and they remember me and made it a point to ask about the rabbits. I thought that was nice.
