This started out as a good experience and I'm no longer happy. Especially with the communication! A few months ago I reserved a unit and informed the young lady that I would most likely not be moving any of my things in until my actual move in date that was about 2 weeks later. She told me that was fine because I had reserved it. Fast forward to my move in date and I go to get access only to find out the my unit was in fact given away. A very nice customer service lady helped me into a slightly larger unit and honored the price of the original unit. So in total i was paying $65. A month ago I get an email stating that my price was going up to $125! I couldn't believe it. And when I baked to speak with someone she hung up on me. I understand that prices can change based on demand, but a 50% price hike is absolutely outrageous. I also requested to have it looked into and to have someone give me a call back about the situation and never received it. Just checked my account and sure enough the $125 was pulled out. I'm disappointed that Public Storage thinks that is acceptable. I'm disappointed that noone had contacted me in regards to the situation. I'll be shopping around for a different storage unit.

Moving to the area soon and was shopping around for a unit, stopped in and was happy to see a clean facility and staff willing to answer my questions. Rosalie helped me navigate the kiosk and made it simple. This location is miles above other storage units in the area!

When I went online to reserve the space, it was a special which was cheaper and how much it was in the end. The price had changed when I hit send to reserve it with my credit card. It went from 110 up to 175 with no first dollar special for the first month, they said they could do nothing about it and that I was stuck with the space. I think this is poor business and hidden charges are never good for consumer. I will never rent again or promote this Company

I HAD TO STOP AND MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A REVIEW FOR(VY) SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME IN HELPING ME NAVIGATE ONLINE TO ADD MY DAUGHTER AS MY EMERGENCY CONTACT!!!! I FOUND HER TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE I TRULY APPRECIATED HAVING HER TO HELP ME AND SHE WAS ALSO PATIENT, AS A SENIOR THAT MEANS A LOT. THANK YOU BUNCHES VY?????
