Where shopping is a pleasure ,with Publix you can never go wrong...the friendliest of the associate the smiles love it I have always said Publix is aim on giving ? percent quality service cleanness making sure they can be helpful in every department I have shopping years at Publix still ain't ready to stop at no cost I find everything I need at my Publix neighborhood store

Horrible service at the pharmacy...had a mgr. Call and harass me, after leaving the store. Accusing me of saying something as I walked away? (False) When I asked her what she was referring to..she rudely replied..you know?? I am guilty of saying thank you to the clerk..when she did not respond (your welcome) I said it aloud (your welcome) thinking she would get the hint. Common courtesy goes a long way. I wish the District Mgr would look at the audio/video of the mentioned incident. To show what I'm referring to? There was definitely a lack of professionalism, rude and unacceptable. So my next avenue of recourse is to call corporate in Lakeland. Which I have no problem doing this because she also threatened to make notations on my file about this(?) incident. This has most definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about ever entering another Publix store. Not to mention my mother retired from the Publix in Vero Beach. This is in no way and no how to service your loyal..(ex-loyal) customers. I did reach out to the store manager and it seems to have been just swept under the rug. Please review your footage from our transaction at the register. I'll be waiting (shortly) for your response before I proceed to corporate. A Pharmacy is a place for individuals to receive help and guidance not lies and harassment.

Been shopping here for over 10 years. You can tell the population has increased over the years as this store is always packed, however, they handle the busy crowds well. Always a great experience.
