I dealt with Moses this morning and first he tried to tell me that my colors from Lowes was a custom color. Wrong! Then the guy didn't listen to what sheens I ordered and gave me egg-shell for a ceiling and I asked for flat. I told him he didn't listen to me and he decided to argue with me and call me a liar! I'm the customer and even if it was my fault you don't talk to me that way and you don't argue with customers. Then he refunded a credit to my account and wouldn't replace the gallon he screwed up!Contractors built Sherwin Williams and now you treat us like crap! You got kids running the stores that have no respect for their elders. Melissa at Corporate, doesn't care either when I called her..Melissa your attitude sucked by the way and you gave me a residential Rep and I'm a commercial painting contractor and this is exactly what I'm talking about. They don't care anymore about the relationships with painting contractors. FYI you've lost so much business from me because of the way I've been treated the last few years. My prices are garbage because of the increases that you use a supply "shortage" as a excuse to make more money for the stockholders, sad! Anyway, I went down the street after Moses refused to make me another gallon and I got it cheaper at Home Depot. It's sad, I've had a account for over twenty years and I went down the street and got it cheaper without an account! Explain that? I also noticed the life of the paint has gone down. Super Paint isn't the Super Paint I used 15 years ago. My OH project is 30k I'm painting for materials and Benjamin Moore, Regal Paints is selling me the paint for the project. Should of been you buy my Rep Anthony was terrible. I had Kevin Sloop and you gave me that guy and I don't care for him. Also two store managers have disrespected me so I'm not sure if I ever care to spend money with you guys anymore. I may have to buy a gallon here or there, because I've used you so long but I'm going to switch all my customers to Benjamin Moore or BHER. It's crazy! That you let young mangers smart off to the contractors and get away with it! I'm over it and I'm tired of all the mistakes of S-W has made mixing my paint. I could give you tons of examples! One time they took my order on the phone and I came to pick it up. And it wasn't ready. They kid took my order and then went home! That's what you can expect from S-W. They use kids that screw up the paint for customers and then give you another gallon for free. Sorry about that! Maybe someone will read this and care but I won't hold my breath!

Just went in the store and they had a unfriendly lazy lady working in the counter. I am with Noremac Construction and we get paint at this store all the time, clearly asked her for H&C to paint a garage floor, she said I have no solvent base to which I replied it’s ok give me the water base because it was painted with water base paint and I can just apply the clear solvent base on top, according to her she didn’t have that in stock either which I doubt. Then I asked for a gallon of A100 white satin and she replied with a attitude telling that wasn’t any good for a garage floor. I been painting for over 20 years and clearly know what A100 paint its use for. She was lazy, her customer service skills are very poor, and possibly even racist. This store just lost our business and if I could give them a negative -10000 stars I definitely would but unfortunately I’m forced to giving them 1 star. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store, plenty of other Sherwin Williams around with way better customer service.

I just purchased 2 quarts , not gallons, of paint for $78 including a supply chain charge. Unfreaking believable. I was not told what it would cost prior to mixing the paint. I feel like I was robbed at gunpoint. Sherman Williams has lost all my business now and in the future and any endorsement I would ever give them. This is bad business!

All the previous remains true, I want to add that the recommendation Nick made of the Cashmere brand paint was spot on. It was so easy to work with and looks really great on our wall. The supplies (rollers, covers, brushes and paint containers) he sold me were great choices and made my job easier. The odor isn't too strong and these photos are with no primer or extra paint besides the Cashmere Sherwin Williams.

Erika is so wonderful. I am completely useless when it comes to colors and matching and Erika was patient, kind and extremely helpful. Not only that but she took the time to create a larger color swatch for me to make a more informed decision. She totally rocks.
