A wonderful experience that relaxes both mind and body. I highly suggest visiting the website first. You are able to book appointments online, pay before or after. The website provides helpful information for first timers. Attendant staff also were informative. The spa is clean, safe and comfortable despite its unusual location. I recommend using their earplugs, keep music on, lights off, keep tank open 12" to prevent stuffiness during the summer months. Most affordable option is purchasing a 4 float package for future use.

Place was a good destination for float. Tank was clean and protocol was solid so you cannot ask for more. The only critique I have as a yoga practitioner and mystic ot many years is heads should not be pointed north with tanks. It's unfortunate because I know most of them have settled and it would be probably hard to love but people will have a better experience if Tanks were not headed north but instead south or even west.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and can't recommend this place enough. This was my first float and they did a great job of orienting me to the process. The facility was super clean. My float was in the Genesis tub which was gorgeous, clean, and warm.I would like to suggest offering tea at the end of the float. I hear it's a great beverage post-float.I will certainly return!

Such an amazing experience! Went in on a Sunday afternoon feeling some stress about having to go to work the next day; walked out feeling worry-free! Also, my knees were hurting a little bit before floating from a leg workout I had done the previous day, but after floating I had zero knee pain. Highly recommend this experience!!

I have been having a really tough time lately dealing with some things I’ve been repressing until recently and I’ve been dealing with terrible anxiety. It’s been blocking my ability to do anything correctly in my life. After trying everything including medication and therapy I still felt an extremely strong need to figure out what was wrong at the bottom of it all. I couldn’t find a way to get into a deep enough state of meditation outside of depriving myself of outside stimuli so this was the best way to try. It left me very emotional. I finally had a break through and I can certainly understand why they keep tissues for clients in the room. I would recommend it to anyone who has been dealing with repressed trauma. I feel so much relief after just one session.

First off I feel for local business’s and families that were effected by the hurricane, however wish I would have known this prior to our experience because first impression is everything. This place was repairing their walls due to flooding and the moisture smell was strong. However, it was our first time and were excited. The overall experience was incredible and we will definitely be back!

It was my first time floating, and I had a straight-forward and excellent experience. 60 minutes is more than enough for the first time, in my opinion. This place has some great deals as opposed to the competitors, and the people seem down-to-earth.Some tips before your first float:-Don't eat too heavily before coming, or if you easily feel uncomfortable on an empty stomach, eat a small high-protein snack.-Shaving hair 48 hours before the float can lightly sting that body part while floating (even though some don't mind such as myself. I shaved my head before the float, and I was fine.)-Of course, don't come with scents, perfumes, lotions, etc.

I gave an extra star as this place is more economical than others I saw online. This was my first experience in a sensory deprivation tank, and I definitely want to try one again, but I do not think I will return to this facility for a number of reasons. I was told by Megan when I found her that I went into the wrong door to the place, but there are two doors and it read "Total Zen" on the door I walked into...not a big deal and nothing phases me in this world so no worries and I shrugged the way she spoke to me off. She lectured me that I should've eaten food as she claimed most people get uncomfortable if they don't eat beforehand...the no food in my stomach didn't bother me at all, and I can access higher frequency/ healing/ connections etc with less food inside, but I had to put a lot of work in the tank to clear & release the initial "welcome" experience with negative energy projected onto me over my decision not to eat prior to this. She told me afterward her boss makes her say that to people and told me to have a nice day. I didn't feel much care or love from her so I sent her love from me, asked her name and left. I saw that other places in Orlando will let u know when to exit the tank by playing nice music that gradually gets louder, which sounds pleasant...this place turns on and/or flickers the light in the tank...it kind of jolts you and I felt it in my heart a bit...I am an athlete with a strong heart so no worries there, but it's not the most ideal way to be notified your time is up imo.The only other thing I'll mention is that I have kittens with claws, and although I have zero visible scratches on my body, the Epsom salt really stung areas where my kittens climbed around my shirt so I had to work around that feeling too and luckily I have ways to disconnect from my body sensations. Much thanks to the owner for making it a little more affordable for people, but my first experience could've been much better and hope this review helps someone. Lots of love to all

Well, I was NOT expecting the kind of healing I received, yesterday. First, let me give a shout out to the space. It really is zen. More so, Pat is very thorough in walking you through the steps. He's like a spiritual guru guide helping you embark on a profound experience. Not over exaggerating here. I'm still unlocking parts from the experience. I cannot recommend this enough.
