This is ridiculous. It clearly states passport walkin hours 1:00pm - 2:00pm. You walk in at 1:00 pm and they say walkins are taken up. WTH??? They tell you people came in at 9 am today to make a walk in appointment for today. How the heck does a walk in need an appointment?? I drove far to come to this location between posted walk in hours and they tell me this. This need to be fixed immediately. You don’t do walk ins, you do by appointment only. Please remove walkins from your site. It’s false information and causing people to waste their time coming to this location thinking they can walk in for a passport.

Employees are so rude and judgmental from customers asking simple questions. If you can't provide customer service, this shouldn't be your place of work!

I was told on the phone by one of the post office personnels to make an appointment to find out where my package is since it’s an international package. I came in 5 minutes early before the appointment , and one of the workers (Hispanic man. His name was Marco) was rudely telling me that “you don’t need to make an appointment for that. Now you waste an appointment for someone else “. It was very complicit and rude of him for making that inappropriate comments to me without understanding the situation. I was told by the same man to wait for a supervisor even though there were 2 workers working at that time and there was moment when there is no customers at all in line. I waited 20 minutes for the supervisor. It’s such a disgrace for federal employees behaved rudely and made snarky comments without understanding the circumstances. This Hispanic man shouldn’t work here with this rude and disrespectful manner. He has no class at the least

The workers here don't listen or know what they are doing. Had a package with an issue with the label and came to confirm it. The woman assisting me didn't listen to a word I said and just barked over me trying to help with an address change which I didn't need. Was also told the package was already sent out yet the sender got a hold of me letting me know that the post office still had it after contacting them. Go here if you want to see a bunch of morons in their natural habitat.

Go here if you want to leave crying and humiliated. The workers here are absolutely disrespectful, and treat costumers like we are not even humans . Front of me was an old lady , try to figure out the zip code her package is going and Marco the cashier told her “ it’s a you problem you can use Google or something “ absolutely disgusting, I helped her out and Marco give us attitude because we keep up the non existent line . I just tired to ship out a prepaid mail , only I needed is 2 piece of tape . He made me purchase a whole tape roll ( he said you can pay for it or can leave ) than he proceeds to use more half of the tape roll on a tiny package what I just paid for for no reason at all . He is absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be in costumer service

I ordered online and they put the package in the parcel and left me no key for me to open it. No again, I ordered something and they left me a broken key!!!

In and out within 5 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to purchase various items but was not pressured at all. They were professional and courteous to me and for that I'm grateful.

They used to have a mailbox with the extended shelf where you could ship off slightly larger envelopes and the like. That is gone. Now it's a mailbox with the thinnest slot for maybe two envelopes at a time, so you're forced to step inside if the item is even a bit thicker. It was such a hassle because I already had a pre-printed slip attached to the shipment, but it was not going to fit into the tiny entry.
