Took my granddaughter's car in at 12:30 pm for two new tires that were delivered to my home and NOT to the store. Checked in by someone FINALLY at 1:00! Said the car should be ready by 4 pm. Now 6:15 pm and still NOT ready! NEVER EVER will we get tires from Walmart again! Service sucks!!'

Who hires these people?!? It's painfully obvious that the Spanish lady(using that term VERY loosely) cashier HATES her job (and everyone else she interacts with). It's so unfair that she takes all of her hatefulness out on good customers. I wasn't the only one she talked to rudely and disrespectfully. Lady, just get a work from home job! You are WAY too old to be acting like that! You have THE WORST customer service skills. I'd rather pay more money and go somewhere that has better customer service, than to get disrespected by miserable workers.Service: Tires

I called many times at different times of the day and could never get an employee. I was trying to buy a set of tires. It's lost business, as I ended up going elsewhere.

Poor service, i go there at 5pm, since they close at 7pm. No cashier, no service,no meachanic and there were no cars being worked on. I was told they go home at 5 and nobody could help me!! They said come the next day but before 5. Why do they say is open till 7pm when everyone leaves at 5? Came the following day at 7am to see what i can schedule due to work, other than waiting almost 40 mins to SPEAK to someone. The order for my tires would take almost 2 weeks! I went someplace else for services.

Yeah sure you can get an oil change for a decent price, but they reported the miles wrong to Carfax. They reported 87,000 miles when I actually have 8,000. If you need service on your vehicle, I highly recommend rethinking Walmart.

Every single time I went there( for oil change) they made a mistake that you have to ask for supervisor /manager to fix it.One specific time they added too much oil and had to take the car in to an independent mechanic for minor repair. It started leaking oil after oil change.C'mon guys! Get it together!

They're always busy so that goes with the long wait time. However, everytime I got there the staff is nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Id be cranky just listening to that phone ring all day! I've had a pleasant experience each time I go and the prices still can't be beat.

What a bummer! I bought tires for my daughter's car and we are very happy with them. We decided to throw in an oil change for her. A week or so later, we noticed that the car was leaking some kind of fluid. We weren't sure if it was oil, power steering, transmission, so we took it to our ASE Certified mechanic of 20+ years. Turns out when Walmart did the oil change, too much oil was added. (Here is an actual photo from our mechanic's shop showing the excess.) Total repair was just $90, so we were relieved. Hey, these things happen! I wasn't mad. I called the store and told them what happened. They asked to see the car and notes from the mechanic — a totally reasonable request. So, my daughter and my wife went to the store. The manager asked, "Why didn't you bring it back to us when you saw the problem?" My wife said, "Well, we didn't know what the problem was so we went to our mechanic." At the end of the day, they refused to take responsibility for something that was clearly on them. Again, I'm not mad, but I wish they'd own this and pay for the repair. We're reaching out to corporate and hoping for a resolution. Stay tuned!Services: Tires

Avoid this place at all cost!!! The low prices aren't worth the headache and wasted time. I had an appointment to install 2 new tires and rotate them and I waited 3 hours!!! It was a nighmare experience and the technician was whining and complaining about rotating my tires. When it was finally done I was just ready to be out of there. When I got home I realized they DIDNT rotate the tires like I had asked OR give me the tire warranty. I went back in and they said I had to speak to the manager Christian but he wasnt there. I called the next day and asked for Christian and he said he could fix my car Saturday morning. My boyfriend takes the car on Saturday and Christian is a no show and didnt even leave notes for the person on duty. It took an additional 4 HOURS and 5 tries to fix the issue and then they even tried to charge for a service that I had already paid for and that they didn't even preform the first time. Never coming back!!!! All of them are lazy and incompetent and there is no communication between staff.

Had made online appointment for installation of tires. Got a great deal for 4 Goodyear tires, the tires were shipped to the store and my appointment was at 11am but took under 3 hours to complete the installation of 4 tires. What happened is that Walmart Auto center was down 3 technicians. Overall happy new tires. Also the full installation and road hazard protection was $116 additional separate from the purchase of the tires.

I have been calling for an hour I’ve had the operator pick up my call then transferred me to the auto center who then picked up my call said hold on then hanged up I called back they picked up then hanged up once again I asked to speak with a store manager and was told I cannot speak with any manager because they are not available so I asked the rep if she can find out what is going on and she said she will transfer me to a manager but no one answered neither this is really upsetting and unacceptable All I wanted to do was buy a pair of tires for my vehicle and bring business to you guys. Because I always shop there but now I will take my business elsewhere how can anyone who has an issue or questions get any help with services like this at this Walmart terrible customer service 0 stars if there was an option.

I ordered four Fortune Perfectus FSR602 245/50R17 99V All Season Tires online for $412 before taxes.Wgen i paid I was able to make an appointment online for when the tires arrived and Installation only cost me $17 per tire (which was paid after the installation). The worker even gave me a bottle of cold water while I waited. The only complaint I have is my appointment was at 8am, i arrived at 7:45am, and my car wasn't done until just before 10am. Four tires for a scheduled tire appointment shouldn't be more than an hour. These tires are very good especially for the price I paid. Comparable to the more expensive Kumho tires I've had before

Idk who's beating walmart when it comes to their prices on tires. Literally looked everywhere and they had the cheapest for best quality. Shout out Douglas Tires ?

Was told by Jesus that there was a 2 hour wait time for the oil change, which was fine. Walked around the store timed it out to do groceries so the cold items wouldn't thaw. Two hours go by I never received the text for start notification. After I finish paying for groceries I go to the Auto Center to find out that they haven't started and there's one more car in front of me that they haven't started. She proceeds to tell me that the wait time was actually 3 to 3.5 hours. Sure enough I have to leave without the oil change. It would have been better if I was told the true estimate and if they used their system to communicate via text.

Service is good and great price but their timing is completely ridiculous some associates says is a first come first serve but it's not like that at all. The mechanic seems to have more preference with some customers. There's a huge problem with employees at the place giving information some says they don't do appointments others says they do, it appears that there's not a former training and management needs to do a better job with their employees.
