I give the Casselberry Walmart 3 stars only because it's my Walmart of last resort. Many times I find items that are out of stock or not available at other locations. But just to give you an idea, I "lovingly " call it "the scary Walmart".

I was told upon arrival at the auto care that my road hazard would cover or discount my next tire after wait 41/2 comes to show that they not going to cover the tire they need to work on communication with the staff and with customer because that not fair to make a customer wait 4+ hour to be told warranty don’t cover and all could of been avoided

The people watching the self-checkout kept walking up to people who are scanning items to “help” by scanning items that they think are being stolen. One of the employees even told a customer “how do i know you’re not stealing?” after he explained that he was going to return that item and he had his receipt. They even approached me to scan the water bottles underneath my cart that had ALREADY been scanned. Funny enough, it was people of an ethnicity other than caucasian, too. It’s not right for the employees to be accusing people of stealing directly or passively. I’ve given this Wal-Mart its fair of chances and this was the last straw for me. I may be only one customer, but if they continue this type of behavior then I’m sure others will go elsewhere as well.

Wish I could give zero, we waited about an hour to be told they couldn't find item purchased, paid for and confirmed was ready for pickup. They told me I had to cancel, if you're in this stage of the pickup process, so I asked them what I should do, and they then told me to call 1800walmart, then I had to deal with the automated system and when I finally got to a person they were very nice but i was told it was escalated. But that does me no good at all bc I have no tree for that my 93 yr old mom wanted, as I'm in town from far away.

If you need fabric do not come here. It took 3 pages, 20 minutes and the only fabric counter employee on staff coming back on shift for them to cut. I then stood in a self checkout line for 10 minutes run by a very confused employee who then told me she couldn’t check me out there and sent me to another register to wait another 10 minutes. This store is incredibly poorly run from what I can tell.

I love this Walmart. I choose to go here over many others honestly. But last night I go in around 9pm to get a few shirts. When I go to pay, there’s some lines forming and I guess the system shut down. It happens. The last person who left a review was mad lol but it’s not their fault honestly. I could see the registers booting up and the screens being stuck. So my review is not regarding the system crashing. It was out of their hands. My complaint or rather, my suggestion is train your staff on incident management. The way it was handled was terrible lol. No communication, no control, no forward thinking plans. We worked together as customers to try and tell more people that the system was down.I’m unsure if the system down affected the intercom system. If it was affected then I understand why it wasn’t used for an announcement. If it was functional then they should have made a store wide announcement stating the issue, stating that it has been down for 10 minutes and they are not sure if it will be up soon. Then updating everyone every 10 mins or so.Next step is to close the front doors and not let more people in, but have the side doors available for people to leave. Have a designated area where they can drop their carts and items off for staff to collect and restock.Another option was have staff walking around making loud announcements. What I observed is while this system was crashed, people were still coming in and shopping then eventually they shutdown the store after an hour of the system being down. Yes I waited an hour in line with 3 shirts just to watch because I had nothing better to do lol. Also, since people are jerks, I would have notified Casselberry Police and have them show some police presence for the looters or just angry people in general. I watched a guy walk out with a cart of things lol. That’s not cool. They should be trained and I feel bad that they were not trained. They were lucky that people were pretty calm and when they announced that the store is now closed at 10pm, everyone calmly left.Always plan for the worst. Plan for the what if? Active shooter, major storm, building on fire, building hit with a bomb, building being taken over by looters, etc. The safety of your staff is soooooo important. If a manager responds stating their staff was trained, well, then that’s either not true or the staff just kinda panicked and preferred to make a TIK TOK video of the chaos instead of help lol. Anyway, I’ll go back tonight and try to buy these shirts again. I still love this Walmart. Rant over ❤️

Literally waited outside for an hour for a pick up order. Called them and got hung up on 4 times. Whoever Erika is in the customer service line that isn’t located in the store deserves 5 stars because she had to pick up my call and transfer me all 4 times and was so patient. But the store itself needs to fire everybody and restart.

One way entrance and alarms with one way gates, this place looks like a prison entrance along with one way exit and alarms like I'm the criminal, I sure hope all Walmarts aren't going to be modeled after this prison setting, and upon leaving just holding my receipt wasn't enough, I get felt like a thief by an employee not happy enough with me holding up a receipt for 1 item. a huge TV, I sure WON"T be going back there again.

Honestly I kinda feel like Walmart could do better I just sat on the phone for about 20 minutes using every extension and no answer... kinda feel like everyone should be fired if no one's gonna answer at a brick and motor location....

Good location but whenever I go there is 2 lanes out of 8 not being open minus self checkout out which is annoying when you have tons of items. Also whenever I don't know where something is alot of time employees don't know or they send me to wrong location and I ask 2nd or third person for correct place

This was the first time in a few years I actually went into the store. Wow has it changed, and I think it is for the better. Larger isles, better isle signage. They have more self-checkouts than before. The self checkouts are a little easier to use.
