Only order prints. Anything that has to be mounted or worked on cannot be done. They've been using the excuse of "the employee that does that work isn't here" for over a year that I am personally aware of. They didn't even try to tell me my order wasn't complete or offer me a refund until I noticed myself and brought it to their attention.

(Translated by Google) It doesn't make sense to order a photo to pick up the same day and when they tell you that it's ready by email, the store tells you that the employee who assembles those photos isn't working today... And then? If that's not them and it's the system, then let them fix it.(Original)No tiene sentido que ordenes una foto para recoger el mismo día y cuando te avisen que ya está listo por email, en la tienda te digan que el empleado que monta esas fotos no está trabajando hoy… Y entonces? Si eso no son ellos y es el sistema, pues que lo arreglen.

I want to begin by saying that the person working the photo center desk was phenomenal. A hard working individual deserving of a raise. Or at the very least, some help. He worked the photo center and the ENTIRE electronics department. I watched this man assist with selling phones, taking passport pictures, getting my photos, and opening the cases for electronic devices. Walmart you guys exploit your workers and don't even offer a living wage and benefits to your lower level employees. For the sake of this poor man please have your photos sent to CVS.

Perfect place! I have ordered the printing of more than a hundred photographs here, all of excellent quality. Glossy photos look great. But keep in mind that it’s several times cheaper to order non-immediate printing.

Horrifying customer service. Took me forever to find an associate, waited patiently when I found one talking to another customer, and then he straight up walked away from me. Another associate tried to call an associate to sporting goods to assist me three times and no one ever showed up. I then waited in like after the third failed attempt to be told the item I wanted must be out of stock if it wasn't on the floor - something that took over a half hour of poor service to be told. Also about half the associates were wearing masks off their noses - which is pointless and d**** This store is terrible.

The worst pharmacy experience I have had in my life. At least they are consistent at that. It has been so terrible I am transferring my prescriptions from Walmart period. Missing refills - not in the bag. Argumentative. On hold forever. One employee told me she could not work on my my order because she is ten minutes from lunch. I kid you not. Neither the store or tech help could attach my email to my account so I could have history at that store - despite six calls from me. They act like the customer is a major inconvenience. Absolutely the worst possible customer experience I have ever encountered.

Never come here for grocery pickup. You will be sitting in your car for over an hour waiting for someone to come back with your groceries. They have the most incompetent people working here. I could've just went in and got my items for how long I waited. Also the one worker they had was so rude. Never coming here again.

This store is awful! It's a Friday, late in the afternoon In the middle of the Christmas holidays! The resister. lines are all the way out to the Aisles. This store is packed. There are only 2 registers open. Of course all the self check outs are open. I refuse to use the self check out as it takes away from local jobs. And also adds to the inefficiency in the store. No wonder Walmart has sunk to the bottom of the retail community.

If you’re going to do Self Check Out, for the love of all things good and holy, KEEP YOUR FREAKING RECEIPT OUT!!! I literally bought a bag of dog food and some salad dressing, and I couldn’t find my receipt when leaving. Since when did Walmart Security turn into OPD ??? Since when did they turn into Costco like how they check receipts? I have TONS of receipts in my wallet, I couldn’t find it in time, so they made me walk across the store ON MY LUNCH BREAK, had me try to print

If you're going to do Self Check Out, for the love of all things good and holy, KEEP YOUR FREAKING RECEIPT OUT!!! I literally bought a bag of dog food and some salad dressing, and I couldn't find my receipt when leaving. Since when did Walmart Security turn into OPD ??? Since when did they turn into Costco like how they check receipts? I have TONS of receipts in my wallet, I couldn't find it in time, so they made me walk across the store ON MY LUNCH BREAK, had me try to print it out again at self check out, that didn't work, so they had me go to Customer Service, where they scanned all TWO of my items to check that I paid for everything. Why is Walmart making everyday people feel like criminals??? It's not like I had a freaking TV or anything expensive in my cart at all either! Then off I go to Customer Service with the Security Associate escorting me there... When the Customer Service Associate printed my receipt, the Security Associate didn't even look at it !!! I said to him, "After all this trouble on my lunch break, you're absolutely going to look at this receipt, Esmar." This guy should apply to the freaking police force! Sheesh! I'm honestly fine with keeping protocols in place, but if you're going to REQUIRE every single person to have a receipt checked before being allowed to leave the store, then PUT UP SIGNS SAYING KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OUT !!! Way to make a Critical Care Nurse feel like a criminal on her lunch break!!! Good job, Walmart!

Not sure why they offer in store pickup. It takes longer to check in and wait for someone to acknowledge you than it would to just go get the item off the shelf and check out yourself. Only set my order for pickup because it was the last one in stock, and it's a battery for my car. The website says the offer free installation. Upon arrival, I was told there would be no installation until tomorrow morning. So then I bought tools so I could change the battery myself. Do yourself a favor and don't do in store pickup, or better yet just don't go to Walmart at all. Time and time again its nothing but a major letdown. At least McRibs are back at McDonald's

Jose in auto center is off the charts. He reviewed my tires purchased documents recognized apopka Walmart put the correct tires on my car but charged for different tires. He explained my current tires needed to be replaced because of the way they were wearing. It a little further drive but customer service excellence is worth it!! I highly recommend.

There were only 3 full service registers open with customers lined up down the aisles. In 3 encounters I had with staff, they were very rude.
