“My husband bought a brand new car this past Monday, and it wouldn’t start on Thursday (dead battery?). He had to take it back to the dealership several miles away and have both batteries replaced. Today (Friday) his rear right tire was flat! Furious, he got it to discount tire in Sanford, and they found a hole in side wall of the tire—no nail or screw—and in the worst possible place. The tire needed replacement. Brand. New. Car. The gentleman at this Discount Tire gave him a new tire and hazard insurance on all 4 tires for less than the price of just the replacement! The level of service (or pity—lol) is unprecedented at this point in time, where everything comes at premium and service is as about as basic as you can get! We have used this location several times and always felt they were honest and fair. Take your business to them!”

“I have the worst luck with my tires and am so annoyed when I have to figure stuff out for my car. I bought a tire ahead of time and set up an appt for them to install it. I was called early when my tire was delivered and they were able to move my appt earlier. After inspecting my tire, they were actually able to remove the nail that I initially thought was in an Unpatchable area and offered me the option to insure the rest of my tires. I was really appreciative that they didn't pressure me into using the purchased tire and actually help me save some cash as my tire is pretty expensive. All of the technicians were helpful and service was quick where my toddler didn't have a meltdown. Highly recommend this location!”

On arrival the gentleman at the front advised that although the site said the tires I ordered were in stock, they actually did not have them so he offered me a free upgrade. “We came out of a store to discover a flat tire. We live an hour and a half away from Orlando. It was after 6pm on a Saturday. Our options were extremely limited. Mike's Used Tires was one of the very few places still open and was the closest to our location. Hands down the best auto service I've ever received! They had the donut off, our flat tire patched and back on the car, helped put the donut tire back in our trunk, and even helped reinstall our car's base for the sound system (it went on top of the spare tire). We were in and out in, at most, 10 minutes, but I'd say it wasn't even that long. It was extremely affordable, but I'm sure that's because we just needed our tire patched. The staff was also extremely friendly and just conversed with us while they worked. I can't speak for any of their other services, but I wish I had one of these near me because I wouldn't take my care anywhere else for tire issues! 10/10 recommend”
“Headed in angry and tired due to google maps taking us to the previous location. Bryan took one look at the car, found the perfect fit hubcaps, installed them, and even found some Toyota decals to make it look more official. We were in and out in ten minutes and paid less for four hubcaps than we would have paid for one at the Toyota dealership. We were thrilled. Bryan was a total joy. Very cool person.
