Kudos to this 7-11. It's in a somewhat down market location, but they have clean, open to the public bathrooms and free sanitary products for guests. These folks are good neighbors.

The car wash is always out of order here.
The card reader doesn't work and if you go inside it is offline.
It was broken for months and then it worked for a few weeks and now it is broken again.
Employee said they just fixed it the day before and it is not working again.

If you have a choice I would not go here. The one bathroom that was open looked like someone was murdered in there. Stuff all over the walls and floor and no toilet paper or paper towels. I don’t usually care but this has to be a busy gas station and no one is cleaning it. The locked bathroom is an employee bathroom is what the more courteous employee told me. There was another walking around behind the counter that did not speak and looked very unhappy to be there. It is a gas station in tourist hell but someone is not doing their job and the 2 employees there probably don’t have anything to do with the management.

I do appreciate coming into the 7-Eleven meeting this one young lady this morning with a great attitude, even though it was a long line. Still got me out of the store and significant time I will recommend anyone to stop by the 7-Eleven instead of the one next door attitude was totally different and welcoming

I went to buy water. It was around 9:45. The lady’s were very rude and it bothered me that they were rude to a little child. Try to hire people who are respectful to everyone and especially to children. I don't know if she was the owner or not, but she was pushing us out of the store and yelling. Very bad and disrespectful.

After a horrendous experience at the Racetrack across the street, I decided to stop by this 7-Eleven around 1:30 PM New Years Eve, and I’m so glad I did. The difference was night and day.
This location is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Despite being busy, everything was running smoothly, and it was evident that the staff take pride in keeping the place tidy and welcoming. It’s located conveniently next to Publix in the Water Tower Shoppes and right by Chick-fil-A, making it an easy stop for anyone in the area.
The store had a great selection, and it was clear that the employees were attentive and actively managing the flow of customers. Every shelf was stocked, the floors were spotless, and I felt completely comfortable shopping here—a stark contrast to what I had just experienced across the street.
For anyone visiting or passing through, this 7-Eleven deserves a solid mention on Google Maps. It’s refreshing to see a gas station/convenience store setting such a high standard. Thumbs up to the team here for doing things right! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Absolutely don't recommend. Pumps never print receipts and if you want one you will be called names by non American employees and given faulty receipts if any.

Hi to whom it may concern, I was a employee at this 711 and they messed up on all my legal documents. The store manager Vanessa was the one that did all my paperwork. They put in my SS in wrong so know I couldn't file for taxes and I'm behind on child support due to this mess up. I went back to the store to speak to Vanessa about it and she kicked me out the store and didn't want to fix the problem. Idk if she was drunk while she did my paper work but now that she kicked me out the store and wouldn't fix my issue I have to go thru the IRS and child support. I tried to avoid bringing in IRS or lawyers but she wanted it this way. Bringing in the IRS will red flag that store and a lawsuit will be in affect due to them not reporting my income to child support. I have tried reaching out and they kick me out ok no problem now you all have to deal with the IRS and child support. I'm going to push this issue all the way.
Thank you for your time and this is the only way I can get hurd from this company.
