  Posting this for my wife:
  First, I made an appointment for their Signature pedicure, and they don’t start on my toes until 25 minutes after I arrived. My husband was also getting the Signature pedicure and they started on him immediately so his pedicure was finished easily 30 minutes prior to mine. If I would’ve known they didn’t have time for me, I would’ve left. (Even though I had an appointment!)
  
  Second, the tools they used were grabbed right out of their caddy bucket (besides nail file and pumice stone which were sealed individually). Right before using cuticle clippers on me, they sprayed it with orange chemical (I’m guessing barbicide) then immediately wiped it off and began cutting my cuticles. This is not safe whatsoever and I’m guessing the only form of disinfectant they used. Barbicide must sit on tools for ATLEAST 10 minutes to work effectively. This can lead to so many issues like fungus, hepatitis, or anything else…
  
  Third, the paint job was absolutely horrible! The photo I included in this post is after I asked them to fix the nail polish… Once he finished my pedicure and applied the oil, I bent down to get a closer look and realized how bad of a job was done. There were literally some nails were only half of them had polish on them! I pointed this out and he began painting right onto my nails on top of the oil and the previous paint, but he didn’t bother cleaning the oil off with rubbing alcohol or anything. On top of this, my nails look like they have at least a week or two of nail polish growth.
  
  After coming here, I immediately left and got my toes redone elsewhere. The practices at the salon are extremely unsanitary and they do not value quality work. This was a horrible experience overall, please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

  Dip manicure and gel pedicure was amazing. I wish I could take this nail salon back to Hilton head. Mai was outstanding and I’m a hard one to please in the mani/pedi area. Salon was clean and everyone was super nice . Great experience

  I have been seeing Mai for my dip nails for 5 years! She is very versatile and talented. She can do gel, nail art, cat eye, decals, you name it.

  Update- Second time was a much better experience as I confirmed the technician doing my nails was the technician that I booked my appointment with. Totally different experience and I like how she asked me to wash my hands afterwards.
  
  First time at the salon and getting dip powder. My appt was supposed to be with Win. I arrived early and told the technicians when I walked in this was my first time here and getting the service.
  A lady approached me (not Win) and told me to sit at #6. I should have verified her name then, but I did not. And I wasn’t sure where the sixth booth was (were the booths in ascending or descending order? I didn’t see any numbers, so I slowly walked until the technician took a seat)??
  Once seated I was given 5 keychains to select a color.
  Everything went smoothly until the dremel came out & she nicked my left pinky cuticle, & my ring finger on my right hand. Maybe she was having a bad day?
  Then my phone started ringing, and it was the salon, it was Win calling, that is when I learned the technician was not Win.
  Long story, short, the next day, my nail on my index finger cracked. Ugh! I will go back and give them a second chance, but this is not what I was hoping for. Lesson learned, if you request a certain technician, make sure you get that person.

  Scheduled a last minute appointment based on reviews and they were not wrong! Win was friendly, skilled and took so much pride in her work. My nails look fantastic! I will be back when in town :)
