“I was seeking assistance with an online Florida Medicaid application for my Mother. I called several health insurance agents but none of them would assist. Then I called Brenda at One Senior Place in Altamonte Springs, FL (an excellent resource for all Senior services) and she referred me to Genesis at the Health Insurance Store in Kissimmee, FL
I met with Genesis and she assisted with completing the Medicaid online application without a charge, but as a community service. Her service was courteous and most professional. I would highly recommend Genesis for assistance your Medicare or ACA health insurance plans (and Medicaid application).
