Whoever is in charge of those two perfectly lovely gentlemen at Extra Stoage should pat themselves on the back for being an excellent judge of character. Todd, an Andy Dick, look-a-like if I ever saw one, was smoothly handling customer after customer with their most outlandish requests and bizarre situations that I wouldn’t have believed if they hadn’t unfolded in front of my eyes. And yet, even as wild as they were he then handled them with equivalent poise and precision. Almost like an art. And then Al. Let me tell you about Al. This man was ready for us before we even entered the door. All the paperwork ready, unit looking fresh, he had that golf cart moving me around and making sure I was happy as quick as possible. He was quick with a joke but kept the business precise and moving forward. These are two of the best guys you could ever ask for in front of your business.

Can’t say enough about Todd and Extra Space Storage! Super friendly, knowledgeable and great to interact with. When we had an oversized item we had difficulties finding a spot for, he helped us out and solved it with some creative solutions. Area is extremely well kept! The location is very close to Disney and perfect for those who are looking to store things in between stays. Glad we found this business.

You sign an agreement with them at a reasonable price and 4 months later they double it. they hook you with a low price and then rip you off and automatically take it out of your account. Nice facility, nice staff, shady practices - make sure you read the fine print

We just rented an outdoor parking space and everything was great. Quick rental process, clean facility at a fair price. The on-site Manager, Todd was exceptional!

The facility is well-maintained and has excellent onsite management. It’s also geographically very convenient for the people of Celebration and surrounding areas.
