Awesome company, they made life so much easier. We needed a wheelchair for a child unexpectedly. We were able to get what we needed the same day (within a couple of hours of reaching out), and it was such a stress relief. They were great to work with and if we have another need we will be back, for sure

Excellent company, with a lot of professional ethics, a responsible work team, its service staff very polite and friendly, and with the necessary patience to explain step by step how the procedure of the equipment indicated by the doctor, both the assistant who gave me attended in Spanish by Maritza and the technician Álvaro, people with a very pleasant and very helpful treatment, very grateful for their service, my best recommendations if you need medical equipment from this company

Great company to deal with. Surgery got all mixed up with the dates from the surgery center and Ortostat made sure they got the dates changed, arrived when they said they would. They kept in constant contact and called to collect the items when the rental terms were up. Communication and instruction on all of the components were amazing. Great group to work with.

BEWARE! This is a lengthy review, but one I hope will save someone the same headache I've gone through.I got injured at work and did not choose this provider-worker's comp selected this company for me as I was needing to rent a CPM machine after knee surgery. This was a rush request and I immediately provided the company with my information and availability for drop off. We spoke on a Thursday or Friday and my surgery was scheduled for the following Tuesday. We scheduled a Monday drop-off which required that I give away a shift and lose my last day of wages before my surgery, which I was willing to do because I understood how quick the turnaround time was and they were closed on weekends. Imagine my disappointment, then, when nobody arrived at my house NOR did they contact me on Monday. This left me without the equipment and without a day's wages.Although this situation put a sour taste in my mouth, nothing could have prepared me for the continuous displeasure I would experience dealing with this company. This company called me repeatedly the day after they were supposed to drop off the rental equipment. As I had told them the week prior, this was also the day of my surgery and seeing as I was unconscious on an operating table, I was unable to answer their calls. They repeatedly and excessively called the day after my surgery as well, when I was resting and trying to recoup. They even called my emergency contact in another state when I didn't answer their calls. I did NOT provide this information to them NOR did I allow them to contact my worker's comp emergency contact. Even if I had, I would hardly consider scheduling a drop-off an "emergency".Finally, when the technician dropped off the equipment, he was pleasant and helpful. Honestly the only part of the process I was not entirely disappointed in. I can't recall his name but I'm grateful he was easier to deal with than everyone else I spoke to.About a month after receiving the rental, I was bombarded with urgent messages that the equipment needed to be picked up ASAP. This was a shock to me because the company told me on drop off that they would contact me after about a month to determine if I was still using the machine (which I was). I communicated this and they said they would contact my surgeon to request an extension. This is the last I heard from the company until roughly one more month had passed and they again began sending urgent messages that I needed to schedule machine pick-up ASAP. Again, they never communicated the length of the rental and did not try to schedule pick-up in advance-just demanded that I schedule an ASAP pick up with little notice.I eventually told the office that they needed to meet on my time. I had already lost a full day of wages from the drop off process and was not willing to change my work schedule to meet them a second time after the previous issue. I also had to tell this company at one point that they did not have permission to call me, but that email was the only way I would accept communication (after they tried calling me 3-4x within 15 minutes while I was at work-see the above instance of "your rental expires today and we need to pick it up NOW). Their lack of planning and communication is NOT my emergency (nor should it be any customer's to be quite frank).Finally, we came to an agreement of a date and time that would work for us both. I was provided a 30 minute window and was told a technician would call when they were en route to provide an ETA. That time window ends in 5 minutes and I have not been called nor has anyone arrived to pick up the equipment. I am assuming they will be late or be a no-show again.I am extremely disappointed in this company. Their lack of communication and planning made this process a headache for me. I am sure the experience may have been better if I was purchasing equipment but I will never willingly give this company any more of my business and will reach out to my worker's compensation to strongly recommend against using this compan

After calling several places suggested by my insurance for a knee scooter, this company was the only one to have it and was able to make the arrangements for same day pick up. Very flexible with billing and insurance not showing my deductible is met yet. Very friendly. Very thankful.

They saved my trip and even let me come in for a boot a bit after hours. I had a problem with air in one boot and they had me in and out within 5 min with a new one and no questions asked. Can’t thank them enough for giving me the ability to enjoy my vacation with my family pain free
