Came here today to get my CARD UNLOCKED .. then I left to go on about my day .. next thing you know my card locks AGAIN .. called the bank to get it unlocked turns out THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT .. and no hate to the woman that helped me she was super nice .. but come on .. I wanted to go to MR. And MRS. CRAB !!! 😡😡 now im stuck wasting more gas to go to a DIFFERENT regions . I’m really mad fr . And hungry . If it wasn’t for me having my regions card in my phone for my bills I’ll transfer all my money to NAVY FEDERAL! And close my account forever ! My card alwaysssssss locks .

I've had an account at the local regions bank in Celebration for about a year now when I moved here and have enjoyed it. The bank is small but nice, with seating and lots of space in the lobby, just like any regular bank. The bankers are pleasant and efficient. They required my proof of residence, and I didn't have my lease with me, but they allowed me to email it to them later. The online portal is nicely designed and easy to use. I pay my rent online each month without problems. They also offer CDs. They are FDIC insured. Basically, if you are moving here like I did and need a new bank, Regions is a good choice.

I was on vacation nearby and an unusual situation came up that I needed to deal with...even as an out-of-state customer, Tomas (branch manager) and his team were able to resolve this before I left town. Very proficient and helpful!
