  I go this this bank in Celebration. I have the BESTEST service from Mira. She's ALWAYS pleasant and helps me when I need it. I have a brain injury and sometimes people can be rude. Not Mira, she's very patient with me. Thank You Mira, Lisa Arno🥰

  I've been banking with Truist since before when they were SunTrust, and the transition has been seamless, maintaining the exceptional service. The welcoming staff and attentive branch manager, Abel, makes every visit feel personalized and warm. Abel and his team go above and beyond, making banking feel like a breeze. Highly recommend!

  Horrible service. They turn you away after you arrived when they feel they are busy and ask you to come back, even we beg that we need to open a new account. The staffs there don't care and they never pick up their phone either.

  Not enough staff. No privacy in lobby area. One person handling all lobby transactions as well as drive through. Not a good experience.

  Made an appointment online to service a business account. Apparently appointments mean nothing at this branch. Was told the business banker was too busy to help me. As soon as both of my business accounts can be moved to another bank they will be.

  I went on suntrust / Truist website to find a location open on Saturday because I’m still waiting on them to release a deposit from 2 weeks ago that was to be released on 3-5 days. Call center told me to go to branch. I work 9 am to 6 pm I can’t make it during the week. I get there the sign on the doors says the open at 9 am on Saturday. No one is there! No one not one car no lights on nothing it’s 9:15 am when I leave. Came back around 9:45 still nothing ! Completely irrate it’s disgusting the lake of professionalism

  My experience at this branch was unacceptable. I even complained the next day and the employee said “Oh, ok”Did not even offer an apology. I will be severing ties with SunTrust over the next few months. They are very rude and unprofessional. Do not bank here!!
