Horrible service. They turn you away after you arrived when they feel they are busy and ask you to come back, even we beg that we need to open a new account. The staffs there don't care and they never pick up their phone either.

Not enough staff. No privacy in lobby area. One person handling all lobby transactions as well as drive through. Not a good experience.

Made an appointment online to service a business account. Apparently appointments mean nothing at this branch. Was told the business banker was too busy to help me. As soon as both of my business accounts can be moved to another bank they will be.

I went on suntrust / Truist website to find a location open on Saturday because I’m still waiting on them to release a deposit from 2 weeks ago that was to be released on 3-5 days. Call center told me to go to branch. I work 9 am to 6 pm I can’t make it during the week. I get there the sign on the doors says the open at 9 am on Saturday. No one is there! No one not one car no lights on nothing it’s 9:15 am when I leave. Came back around 9:45 still nothing ! Completely irrate it’s disgusting the lake of professionalism

My experience at this branch was unacceptable. I even complained the next day and the employee said “Oh, ok”Did not even offer an apology. I will be severing ties with SunTrust over the next few months. They are very rude and unprofessional. Do not bank here!!

I've been with suntrust for about 8 years. After my experiences with this branch I'm leaving for another bank. Very rude, unapologetic, unprofessional staff. No matter how much (or little) it's my money. I should feel good about where I keep it.

Completely arrogant. They act like they are doing you a favor by being your bank. Walked in with my son to open an account for him and after ignoring us for a while they told us they wouldn’t do it without an appointment. Tried to get an appointment and it’s worse than scheduling at a doctor. They wanted us to wait for days then only come in the middle of the day when I’m not near this office. Would not bend on the appointment or helping walk-ins. We’ve been customers there for generations and have significant balances in our other accounts but they couldn’t care less. Same treatment on accessing my safe deposit box - “come back later when you have an appointment”. Stay away.

Laughably understaffed. Waiting, trapped in the drivethru line for an hour (no exaggeration) before being helped. Obviously one teller running both the lobby and two drive ups.
