The sign on the door list hours, they do not abide by these hours and merely show up when ever it seems. They listed Saturday hours but an hour after opening no one was the branch. Upon a second trip around 2 pm still no one was there. No sign on the door nothing. I went back a 3rd time, the staff told me they dont have to work Saturdays and the sign is wrong. Its a privilege they company is even open on Saturday!When I finally closed my account due to the lack luster skill set of the service staff of the "TRUIST" brand at an alternate location that manager advised politely that they are aware of the issue at his location.

Highly recommendable!!! We are from The Netherlands and had to open a bank account in the USA. With another huge American Bank we had a very unpleasant experience in long waiting time of hours on the phone with no result. We couldn't get in touch with them and couldn't set up an appointment.So we were prepared for the worst! Also reading reviews from other foreigners about opening a bank account in the USA.But...we were very much suprised by a real person on the phone answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Honestly, we couldn't believe it would all work out. But it did! Customer Service with capitals!!! This is the example of how it should be done! Very helpful, taking the time and answering all our questions! Even at the counter miss Diaz took the time to help us with a friendly smile! We would like to recommend this bank and give special thanks to miss Diaz, miss Rivera and miss Balladin.
