They were amazing the manager went above and beyond I was looking for an iPhone 14 and I looked everywhere so when I called this store the manager had one and was kind enough to hold it for me till I got off work. The experience was amazing thank you so much

Horrible experience and spotty and unusable service. Switched over from at&t and reside in Celebration. Their map shows that they have 5g throughout Celebration. There's no service not even 4g in Artesian Park, my house, basically from East Lawn Drive going back to Artesian Park. AT&T worked throughout and had service in the entire town. I've driven throughout the entire town, and the service just doesn't work around 40% of town. My phone goes into SOS mode when I'm at my house. The guy that helped didn't activate the sim cards. Was on the phone for 4 hours till 2am waiting to get get through to support. Was lied to two times over the phone where they claimed to have fixed the issue and to hang up and they'd call back to confirm that the phone is activated. That happened twice and was lied to multiple times. The third time I finally got someone to activate it. Overall, I had a horrible experience with both the store and t-mobile. Would highly recommend if you live in Celebration to not get t-mobile because they lie about the coverage map and have horrible customer service. Switching back to AT&T because I had a much better experience with them.

We arrive on May 9th when they open at 9 we walked in and we received the look as we were bothering her already , never received a welcome to TMobile or hi how can I help you. Just a stare, we said hi but just got the look and said we're here to get the free hat and she just looked at us like she was so confused and walked away in to the back room, so we waited for 5 minutes and she walked out with a box and just handed us the hats with out saying thank you or here you go just a look. So we said thank you and yet nothing from her. If your not happy with your job please look for something you love to do. Just don't give a customer the unfriendly look and cold shoulder.

Yeah, I’ll was yeah I’ll shout out to my homeboy shout out to my homeboy shout out to my homeboys 8333 in a Hispanic do that they wanna sell me that the hospital or $25 a month and then you know they want the commission and I thought I saw me something but yeah man they were chatting it up and it was a holler boy have to say it is a high father these guys from Emmanuel give them a high visor so they might make my homey sent me to come say hi to you and they know I mean they said that my Homie from New York said I can’t come and say hi to you. Tired of you just go tell a man slap in the back of the head about so they know I’m talking about yeah yeah slap in the back of the head you know don’t get the picture

Mia is Amazing!!! She answered every question we had an explained in detail all of our concerns!!! She also took time while working with us to greet every customer that walked in. She is intelligent with a wonderful personality. If I ran this store I would give her a raise!!! We have been to a few T-Mobile stores in the past and never had such good service!!!

I bought a Pixel 6A adding a new line to my plan and in the transaction I also added an extra line for future use. These guys added 3 new lines to my plan, the first 2 we agreed to but an additional one DIGITS line for tablet/watch which was never mentioned to me and came to know 1 day after receiving a TXT from 611 telling that I added 3 lines to my plan. I have contacted the store 2 times and they always say that they are busy and will call me back later...-----------UpdateI contacted the store using the email provided here in the comments and Yamil solved my issue.Thanks for your help!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Amil is rude and ignorant and doesn't want to help customers. Watched him hand off his job to the girl that was there. Ended up having to call 611 to have my problem fixed in 30 seconds. Go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever! My son s phone broke and we needed one immediately. Called this store and spoke to a gentleman who confirmed that they had iPhone 11 in stock. Half an hour later when we arrived to the store (paid $40 to Uber) only to find out by this unprofessional lady Mia and another worker that they don’t have any in stock. They were very rude to us as well and had no customers in the store and were just constantly giving excuses as to why we shouldn’t buy one from their store and should go to iPhone store or Best Buy store instead. They didn’t seem like they wanted to wait on us or help us in any way. They showed no interest in selling us anything.

If I could rate 0 star I'll give it, worst experience ever, change from another company to end up getting the incorrect plan by one of the employees mistake, I ended up paying more that $400 bc of the incompetence of one of the employees in that store. When we went back for them to fix the problem even the manager couldn't help even tough was a error from the employee and on top of that the give customers the incorrect info about internet plans.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and was greeted properly by “Mia”. I asked about deals and were offered all kinds of deals that would fit my budget. The experience I received at this store was great and would recommend this location to anyone. They were quick, efficient, and affordable.
