very rude employee at this location! you are much better off to drive a bit further to go to the new location located at future way. There’s just no reason to have an attitude when someone is trying to drop off an item- young staff should be trained better.

Always have had positive experiences at this location. Staff is friendly and efficient. The Orlando/Kissimmee area can have waits in line occasionally due to population of the area, and UPS can be pricey as a company as some reviews have suggested. But by far the best local UPS location and always had a good mailbox experience as well. I recommend over the nearby locations for mail services or mailing things even if cost may be higher than USPS the service is worth it that you receive. Very polite.

Thought this place was very unprofessional the 3 guys inside seemed like they were laughing at us when we entered and as we exited very rude not a place I would do business with!!!! Do better at hiring people!

The amount charged to my card was higher than what was on my receipt and the guy checking me out was extremely rude and was of no help with the discrepancy. I walked out bc he clearly was not
Going to help but I feel like ive been scammed.
The issue was not in your posted pricing as you say. The issue was that I was told I was being charged and paying for a set amount but the amount on my tap to pay statement differed from the charged amount on my receipt. No one would help explain or troubleshoot the discrepancy. And they were rude to boot.

I travel all over the united states for work, and my company prepays all the packages I have to return to them on weekly basis. I just drop off and the UPS always tapes the box for us. This gentleman charged $1 for a service they provided. The amount of money my company pays for these packages to be shipped is alot. I have never been charged $1 for service provided. UPS all across the US have been nothing but professional and courtious. Paying the $1 was not the problem, Unfortunately there is always one that just don't understand what providing good service is anymore. And he came off snotty as well, because he wanted me to know that they are self owned and have there own policy. TERRIBLE SERVICE

We were mislead by a local theme park about shipping policies. The UPS store in Celebration Florida did us right. They understood what we were facing and made our experience as pleasant as it could be. We received our products safe and sound here in Oklahoma a few days after we got home. The staff at this location is top notch and very professional.
