The Staff working at this particular UPS store. Last week I went in to pick up several (8) large boxes that had been delivered there to me. IGOR was very helpful by assisting me in gathering up the package notifications and getting them all signed and my all of my packages located. While I was trying to figure out the best way to get them all out to my car, PAULO got a dolly and loaded them up and took them out to my car for me. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I have gone into the store several times since then and each time that I go in IGOR steps right up and asks me how he can help. It is obvious that IGOR is both very friendly and professional and goes out of his way to assist the customer. Today, I needed to have several copies made of an important email that I had received. Again, IGOR was more than helpful in assisting me by explaining how I could get the copies made and the cost. Once I understood and agreed, IGOR quickly and efficiently made the copies that I needed. They came out perfect! While I was there, I picked several more packages. Seeing the number and size of the packages that I had picked up, IGOR offered to carry them out to my car. I said that I was able to get the packages out to my car, but thanked IGOR for offering to help. As I was leaving the store, IGOR wished me a HAPPY NEW YEAR. In my opinion, in my opinion, the Staff at this UPS Store is a real asset to your business. I have already told several of my friends about all of the above.Sincerely, Judge David L. Levy (Ret.).

Nothing but a bunch of self satisfied, ego driven losers working this place. No help, condescending, i have used them for my store shipping needs for years and i will be not using them any longer. I recommend you look for a other place for your shipping needs. Even if its just a different Ups Store.

I've experienced racism in some form a couple times in my life. Not until l walked into this UPS store did l ever experience it so blatantly and right in my face. This came from a small older man that said he was the owner. Which would make sense why he thinks he can treat people this way. He owns the store and obviously thinks there is no consequences to this racist behavior. I opened a mailbox there a couple months ago. We noticed my wife and mom were not getting there mail that was delivered there. Like most change of address, when l opened the box, the clerk said as long as the last name was the same then the mail would be delivered. For 2 months he continued to send all the mail back. So finally l came into the store because we were told all our mail was delivered. So l went into the store and from the first word out his mouth gave me an uneasy feeling. He told me yes he returned the mail because he has a new policy and new forms that had to be filled out. Even though l opened this 2 months ago and was very clear this was for my family. After looking at the new forms, l told him these are exactly the same forms l filled out months ago. He retrieved my forms and saw this was the same, then got a major attitude. He began saying all of these other documents my wife and mom would have to bring in if we wanted our mail. I asked why all of this after 2 months, when l was told everything was fine. He said because it's his store, he's the owner and its a private business. I called 4 other ups stores and none of them have these policies. Because of his actions we missed several important dates and important notices. This really puts in perspective just the state of people in our country. I moved here from the Midwest and these are the kind of things that l want to keep my family away from.

The store manager Eric lost a very important package that I paid for tracking on and lied about it. I talked to UPS corporate and they confirmed the process he stated was false. Stay away from this store if you actually need something important delivered. Horrible service.

They will charge you a $1.00 for each PDF File you need printed along. Before to compine documents if this only place you can get stuff printed. Plus prices were not advised anywhere. UPS Stores are becoming more money hungry since Amazon started using them for returns I feel like.

Great Customer Service. I went there for my Amazon return I met Osborne, Great employee,he was very kind, patient and professional. He went above and beyond to help me out. The best ups store in the Kissimmee area.

I come stay in this area two months every year, and on occasion have a client overnight a work package. I provided my client the store address and had them put my name on the package he sent from New York.I called the store to advise that I had a package coming the next day and gave them my name. The following morning I stopped in at 9:18 am and was advised FedEx had not dropped off any packages yet. I told the two employees I would check back throughout the day, and again presented my driver's license so they knew my name (I have a unique last name - Blast, so no chance they would forget).I checked back in person two more times during the day, and called the store half an hour before they closed. Each time I was advised the package was not delivered. My client tracked the package and talked to FedEx and was given a very detailed account of the package delivery attempt. ONE HOUR after my first visit at 9:18am, the FedEx driver attempted to deliver the package and the UPS manager rejected it. He knew I was waiting for it, he knew I had been in one hour earlier, and never said a word the other to in store visits nor on my day end call!This is Nonsense (would use a different word if were were less professional)!This store either needs to close down, or post signs/advise customers that they WILL NOT accept packages (for which they charge a fee). This situation has resulted in large penalty and fines to my client for which we will be coming back on the UPS store in Federal Court either in Charlotte or New York. We can document all of our actions and efforts to obtain this delivery, and we have the FedEx drivers notes of their rejected attempt to deliver the package.Please think twice before doing any business with this location. I have had superior service from every other UPS store I have dealt with, but this location seems to play by their own rules.
