Amazing service! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helped me right away. Everything was super quick and easy, and they made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate how efficient and kind they were. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this USPS Store!

people here are rude, nasty people. Every time I come here I’m never greeted, you’ll wish them a nice day and they’ll just ignore you. Which i guess is understandable as they’re working here at a dead end job. The place is always crazy busy and the people here move slow. Definitely drive somewhere else. Oh and Larry just taps the green button on the survey for good service when he is the worst out of all of them.

Your postmasters, Larry and Sandy always greeted me with a friendly attitude and smiles, when I stood in line to pick up my packages. They already know that my sister goes through the same process as me, and we’re so very much related.

Waited over an HOUR.
A LITERAL HOUR.
I have never waited so long.
Tellers do not want to work.
They screamed at a girl who grabbed a box but thought she was stealing it, when all she was doing was going to the end of the line.
That’s how far back the line was.
Embarrassing.

It is incredible the poor service in this place, it seems that they do not want to work and less help people, I have come several times and the customer service is always very bad, I will not come to that place again, the cashier named Marie was quite rude to me and my wife, saying that she could not scan my packages (that I had paid the shipping the day before and printed the label) the only thing she had to do was scan it and give me the receipt, but instead she refused to do her job and told us that we could only send one of the 2 packages or if not we should leave it in the car, because the receipt was not necessary, is this serious? I only needed my receipt!! It is incredible that to top it off she tells me to come on Monday to bring the other packages, (today is Saturday) and the shipments are supposed to be made between today and Sunday, and she tells me to wait until Monday for the other packages, is the lack of customer service in this place serious? NO ONE GOES TO THIS PLACE, BAD SERVICE

Having been a former box holder years ago it was disappointing to see how far downhill this office has gone. When Joe Davison ran the office it was clean, always well stocked and he was the best customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. He knew everyone by name and was great with the kids. Now I felt like just a number waited on by a robot and the place wasn’t very clean.

Some bad policies that aren’t in line with national standards (they have handwritten signs saying they don’t take cash, don’t sell stamps, don’t sell money orders) and they’ll only scan in a limited number of items if you’re dropping off packages.

They treated me horribly, it was the worst experience. I went at 9:00 am on Wednesday, they didn't help me get my package, they didn't try to rewrite the tracking number, and the agent who was helping me was an older African-American man. He told me to shut up because there was no way to get my package when it clearly said on the website that it was there... It was very frustrating, I was very cordial with him, but he treated me very badly…
