The staff is always clueless when we are in there. There systems are always down or broken. They don’t even work the pick up orders because according to the employees they have never been trained on this so there manager tells them to advise customers that there systems are down. Bad customer service and could use the proper training of technology that there promoting.

Horrible service! The manager cannot own her wrong doings and accept responsibility for her lack of knowledge! If you do not do pick up orders, stop false advertising!!!!
