I had a medication called in 10 days ago. I was told the medication was ordered. After six days, I called and asked for a follow up when I was told they had no clue when it would come it. I asked if they could check with other CVS pharmacies and was told no it was an uncommon medication and I would just need to wait. I called Walgreens and found out they had the medication ready to fill. They called CVS and requested the prescription to be transferred. Walgreens has since called back to CVS and I have also. We were told it was sent. Today, I went to the pharmacy where immediately the pharmacist knew what I was talking about and said she had accidentally sent it to Wal-Mart and there was nothing she could do. She explained she was human and makes mistakes. Yes, you are human and yes you are allowed to make mistakes. My problem is that Walgreens and I both called to check on the status of the transfer and we were never told it was at Wal-Mart. It wasn’t until I was standing face to face that she told me it was at Wal-Mart. Was the pharmacist nice on the phone? Yes. Was she nice in person? Yes. However, when you are prescribed a medication it is to meet a need. To be given the runaround is unacceptable. Now, I wait and hope the pharmacist at Wal-Mart can properly transfer the medication and I can finally get the medication I needed to start on July 31st.
Although there aren’t many pharmacies close to this area, I recommend utilizing a different pharmacy even if you have to drive a little further. In the end it will save time and you don’t have to worry about your prescriptions and private information being sent to random places.

Easy parking and friendly staff. They usually have the products that I go there for. I enjoy getting their 3 foot long receipts because most of the time, I find something listed that will save me money during my next trip there.

The people there where really helpful
Told me right where the stuff was that I needed and had me in and out fast. And I was in a hurry. She was very nice and reminded me to put my number in that is helpful by itself. Thank you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We had a very pleasant stop & experience here at this small town CVS. The lovely employee that was working gave us excellent service, we found everything we were looking for and then some. NOTE: Plus, they have a very clean bathroom equipped for the handicap. Passing thru the pharmacy, I commented about the super cute little Ibuprofen Christmas tree and she told me she decorated it herself! We had a good laugh about how cute it was and very much needed this Christmas! LOL We then chatted about Christmas Trees and I told her I was still looking for a particular one. I described it to her & she told me it's called a "Pencil Tree" and right where to get one that her daughter just got two. "Thank you so much! Happy Holidays & a Merry Christmas to you lovely lady! With a ibuprofen Christmas and a pencil tree!" haha. Highly Recommend!
