“Colin, the Area Field Manager, happened to be at the pick up location when I arrived. He had the moving truck and car transport ready and waiting. He helped me checked in minimum time and was very helpful, answering all of my questions.
The following comment may be more for U-Haul corporate or for the drop off location. I've included this comment in the drop off location review as well: I was charged $11.00 for 11 extra miles. I think these miles were for mileage from the pickup location to the house I was moving from and / or mileage from the house to which I moved to the drop off location. I would have preferred to include these miles in the total allotted mileage by accounting for the driving to and from residences on the front side. I did no extra driving beyond the minimum necessary to get from point A to point B.”
