Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a standout destination for those seeking a blend of luxury and impeccable service. My recent stay at the resort was highlighted by an exemplary encounter with hospitality that truly sets Omni apart from the rest.
From the moment of arrival, the valet service was not only efficient but also tailored to the needs of modern travelers, accommodating our Tesla Cybertruck with overnight charging facilities. Such attention to detail is a commendable touch that enhances the convenience of your stay.
The heart of my exceptional experience, however, was the front desk service provided by Andrew. His approach to customer service was nothing short of remarkable. Andrew’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests' needs made our check-in process a breeze and set the tone for a wonderful stay. His dedication is a testament to Omni’s commitment to hospitality excellence and makes him a true asset to the company.
Our room was a haven of comfort, offering all the amenities one could expect from a high-caliber resort, along with a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. The following morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast that catered to a variety of tastes, rounding off our short but memorable visit.
Given the outstanding level of service and overall quality of our stay, I enthusiastically give Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate a well-deserved five stars. It’s not just the tangible aspects of the resort that impress, but the intangible warmth and attention to detail that make your stay unforgettable. Especially with Andrew’s hospitality, Omni ChampionsGate is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Orlando area seeking a luxury resort experience.

This is worth every penny. The resort is a high level experience. From a water park for the kids to a full service convention center. Omni's staff is so welcoming and easy to work with. You will enjoy every min of your stay and make you want to extend it. I am excited to go back

OVER RATED HOTEL, THERE ARE BETTER AT THE SAME PRICE, YOU SHOULD VERIFY YOUR INVOICES WELL AT THE END BECAUSE YOU MAY FIND CHARGES THAT YOU. THEY DID NOT CONSUME CONSUMPTION OF THE POOL THAT I NEVER VISITED, THEY KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AT 10 AM TO CLEAN WHEN THE DEPARTURE TIME WAS 11 AM.
Rooms: THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE PILLOWS

Enjoyed a birthday celebration at the Omni! We had a wonderful dinner at Trevi supervised by our new friends Ivan and Teresa. Will definitely be making this an annual event.

Amazing hotel resort! They are so nice there and will help out with anything you need! The resort is beautiful with so many amazing views and things to do there! Always enjoy going there.
Rooms: Rooms are very clean and spacious.
Nearby activities: So many places near by to get food or shopping trips.
Safety: Feels very safe there and it's a great place to just relax.
Walkability: Its a very big resort so it can be alot of walking but they do have shuttles to take you to one side of the hotel to the others. Which is nice if you don't want to walk alot.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks can be pricey but it is a resort.

Great location and hotel. Pools are lovely and well maintained. Food in restaurants was very good. Trevi restaurant was our favorite!
Food and drinks: Three restaurants in the main building and a snack bar by the pool. I found food and service to be very good!

Terrible parking lot. $15 for event parking, but couldn’t break a $20 bill (was told to go drive to the valet and see if they’ll help).
The sprinkler system in the lot malfunctioned and ran the entire day, came out and car was soaked—the water left mineral marks on my car that I haven’t been able to get out even after two car washes and a lot of elbow grease. Don’t park a nice car here.
On the way out of the lot, the booth attendant inexplicably demanded my full name. I refused (why was he asking??), and we had a standoff for a few minutes until he relented and opened the gate.

Our family of three stayed for six nights in August. The property is nice and clean. We upgraded to a suite (which was a total disaster, see below) and the room was large and comfortable. Service folks are generally very pleasant (Sammy at Trevi's in particular was stunningly awesome). My family enjoyed the water features quite a bit, although everyone is evicted whenever a rainstorm comes (which I reckon is a Florida thing generally). Food and drinks are somewhat mediocre, and some restaurants and bars have rather odd hours. Living in a suite (which was in a separate building) is much easier with a rented car because you get free parking with a suite and driving the car back and forth is faster (sometimes significantly) than waiting for a free shuttle to the main building. All in all, it would’ve been a good place to have a base for attending the theme parks BUT...
The front desk staff is either totally dishonest or totally inept. Upon arrival, I inquired about an upgrade and was offered a suite for an additional upcharge per night. Seeing as the publicly available rate for the suite on the hotel's website was double the upcharge, I accepted. The front desk clerk explained to me that I will be initially charged the full rate per night (on top of what I had prepaid for a standard room already) and half of it would be refunded back to me upon checkout (which I assumed was either for security or tax reasons, and in any case, I tend to trust what employees of respectable businesses tell me).
Upon checkout, I inquired about the refund and was told (by a different clerk) that she had no idea about it and summoned the original clerk that checked me in. He assured me that the refund would be posted to my card within five to seven business days and gave me a handwritten piece of paper with the amount, the card number, and his contact information (which he explained is the best he could do at the moment).
Guess what – the refund has never arrived, and the clerk has never responded to any inquiries sent to him. My escalation to corporate guest services has been equally frustrating and fruitless. The bottom line is I was scammed for a significant amount of money and – to add insult to injury – even gave a cash tip to the clerk for the privilege. This soured our holiday experience considerably and I truly wish we had stayed at a different place.
So, the bottom line is: should you choose to give your business to Omni Orlando Resort, execute extreme caution and don't trust any verbal or written promises from the front desk. Which is unfortunate because otherwise it's not a bad place to stay.

I recently stayed at the OmniHotel, and my experience was a mix of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. The hotel itself boasts a modern, elegant design with spacious lobbies and inviting common areas.
Rooms:
The room I stayed in was immaculate, with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that didn’t compromise on comfort. The bed was plush, and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The large windows provided a breathtaking view of the pool area and the blackout curtains were a thoughtful touch for those wanting a little extra rest. The bathroom was well-appointed with a deep soaking tub and luxurious toiletries, giving it a spa-like feel.
The restaurant served delicious meals, particularly their breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty choices. Alex was our server he made sure that we got all we needed.
The service at OmniHotel is what sets it apart. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. From the front desk and the housekeeping staff (Brenda and Adelita).who maintained the room impeccably, the level of care was exceptional.
Overall, my stay at OmniHotel was an outstanding experience. The combination of stylish accommodations, excellent amenities, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Although I’ve never stayed at this hotel, I want to share my experience with an amazing staff member, Peter Figueroa. I had a purchase delivered for my brother-in-law, but due to a hurricane, his plans were disrupted, and I couldn't pick it up. Peter went above and beyond to help me return the item to UPS so I could get my money back. His willingness to assist during such a tough time was truly remarkable. I’m so grateful for his exceptional service! I hope his boss recognizes his outstanding efforts and gives him a well-deserved raise.

We stayed here when we evacuated for hurricane Milton. The rooms were beautiful with great views. The grounds and pool area were gorgeous with so many fun activities.
