Lynn in the pharmacy is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She needs to be far away from customers. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ll never step foot in that store again. SMH

Needed a prescription filled. It was called in and my basic info (including my phone number.) was provided by my DR. Showed up to pick up my prescription. I showed up about 3 hours after my prescription was called in, then It took 3 hours after showing up to actually have prescription in hand. Then, they told me when it was actually filled they could only fill 8/20 pills on my prescription. They did not offer to switch back to the non-generic, switch to a different CVS, or ANYTHING. I was not told prior to check out that they couldn't fill the full prescription and by this time it was 4:30 PM, so there was no time for me to reasonably make other accommodations. I was told to return in 2 days to fill the remainder of my prescription, but I live an hour away and no part of this experience was reasonable.

I want to commend Charles for his up and above customer patient care and service. Charles is kind, patient and explains all my medications and how to properly use them. He always makes time for his customers even if he is very busy and I for one appreciate that. I highly recommend this pharmacy because of Charles.

This place is easy to miss, I'm glad I discovered it, the pharmacy staff here way better than Marianna honest and kind, I don't like the phone system, want to speak to a HUMAN, quicker please, this place is small but it has a wide variety I love the moist wipes I bought here, great scent.

Lost my mom's prescription says new pharmacist misplaced but u mean to tell me that it just disappeared so now waiting until Monday so where's the prescription n y is the pharmacist not being held accountable

My parents have been doing business with this business for 5 yrs. The past year the business has went down hill. The customer service is so unprofessional. My mother is terminal ill and the last thing she needs is to be talk to like a dog .There has been many times they get a text there meds are ready and they get to the store to be told we don't have anything for you. Your business is the most rude , unprofessional,poor excuse of a pharmacy.They did themselves a favor and went elsewhere.

Very rude! I called to ask was my prescription transferred from Marianna to Chattahoochee because Marianna is out. The lady that answered hung up on me. So I called back and she was rude as always. answered the phone and yelled ummm yea we don't have that here either. She knew it was me calling back because she hung up on me. I said thank you and she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional! I live closer to Chattahoochee, but I will not use this pharmacy for this reason. Very bad customer service.

We are staying at a local campground. My wife was in need of a drug store. We just happened upon this place one block off main street and easy to miss if you are looking for this place (rather than Googling).This store is packed! You can find just about anything in here, but you may have to look hard for it as their inventory is vast. But, not to worry the staff is friendly and always there to help you (at least they were for us).Aisle are a bit narrow, but it wasn't too busy so we didn't feel crowded in.Certainly recommend this place.
