“Due to cold weather this week, my auto battery was close to not starting. Brought it to O'Reilly in Chiefland to have them check it out. Kris was the staff member who helped us and he was fantastic! Patient, helpful, gave us good information. Checked the battery out and gave us suggestions before having to spend any money; it was low on a charge but encased so a bit more tricky to charge if needed. Took it on a long drive and it has been great ever since. We also purchased 2 key fob batteries, took the time to replace them, let us check them and we were on our way. A nice, pleasant, helpful person... We were so pleased to receive such awesome service and will return if any issues arise in the future. Thank you Kris and Happy New Years to everyone!!!”

“This is my favorite auto parts store plus Johnny and Tee need a raise I came to the store to do two oil changes and one battery all at the same time but one of the cars I was getting the oil for didn't have the the Big 5 quart gallon so Johnny made it happen by giving me five of the courts individual not only that I wanted the new filters and they made it happen by adding them and giving me a discount because they were better they even gave me a card so that I can take my battery with me it was the best customer service ever thank you Johnny and T oh and they even put me on to some things you put around the battery so that they won't pick up that corrosion I learned something new LOL”
“It took awhile to change my tires but they got them done for me. My rims were dented & needed scrubbed down with a wire brush so it wasn't easy but it's done and my car isn't driving sideways anymore...yay! Thanks auto guys!”
